Good morning ladies!

I did KPC today (just cardio section) and loved it! Boy am I out of shape! I wish I could wake up one morning and look like I would like to! I had a quick question--what is the "Blender" part of the workouts entail?

It takes time Kristen, don't rush it, that will just lead to injury. We all got the point we are at with time, it isn't instant.

The workout blender lets you chose portions of the w/o and group them together so you can form a customized w/o in any order you want.

Today is HSC and the first part of MIC. My legs are feeling this rotation!
 
Hello Everyone! Today was 10*10*10 for me. I also added 100 jumping jacks, PLB floor work and stretch. Very good workout I thought. Last night I did Step & Intervals and managed 100 walking lunges in my basement. I could only do 10 at a time before turning around. My company has a nice LONG hallway that I may use for the 400 one of these days. I'd have to do it on a weekend, I wouldn't want too many of my coworkers to see me!

Hi Chicas!:)

I got up late today so no early morning sweating for me.x( I LOVE the accomplished feeling of working out really early. I think I need to set an alarm so I make sure I get up! It also allows for a longer work out if I want because I can then do more when DS takes a nap if I couldn't finish in the morning.

I am creating the sequence of my rotation for this month as I go along. Once I finish a week then I'll just keep repeating the same sequence with different work outs plugged in for variety.

I decided last night that today would be:

*a circuit work out (Low Impact Step's leg blast premix)
*upper body (ALL of GSC&T if time allows)
*abs.

I just received the Slim Series. I am previewing Firm It Up right now which targets lower body. I can only preview while doing something else or I get bored too fast. lol I don't know how I can work these into my current rotation this month but maybe next month I will make up a rotation based on this series with Cathe in there as a boredom buster. :)

:eek: Oh wow...I just realized how much I have babbled on...I'll shut up now!:eek:

Thank you Jane. You are always such a great help in answering my questions. I appreciate it!

I know, it defintely does take time, I just need to be patient! Before I had my tow kids (22 months and 3 1/2 months) I ran marathons and ultra marathons (30+ miles) so it is hard for me to take it slow these days! Patience.....

Wow Kristen... I love to run too but not that far!!! You get back there, you are right, patience and persistence!
 
Morning all. I haven't been here in awhile because I kind of took a break from working out (I got lazy). I started up again working out and eating well Monday, but overdid it on Monday and Tuesday. So, yesterday and today I was unable to work out because my triceps are so sore I can't even bend my arms. They had better feel okay tomorrow because I'm going nuts not being able to work out now that my motivation is finally back. I am going to try and go for a walk with my daughter after work tonight.
Well, I slowly have to work my way back up to my previous fitness level and re-lose the weight I gained back during my little "break". I really want to do the January rotation, but I know I'm not at that level anymore, so I just have to be patient and maybe do it next month.
I missed you all and hope you are all as fit as ever!!!

HI all, I did the 1st 5 intervals off of IMAX 1 today, I have lost all my endurance and stamina it seems. I had to take a long break between the warmup and the rest of the workout because I was sooo worn out.sigh. It has got to be stress related.

Anyway my mom is back on the active list to receive the first available liver in her blood type and size so pray that she doesn't have to wait long. We are going down next week to visit.

Okay...seeing that it's a woman's perogative to change her mind coupled with the fact that I am nothing more than a big kid, I HAD to do a Slim Series work out today!:p

I did Shape It Up and I FELT IT!!! I purchased the series figuring it's good for freestyle and I think I've hit the nail on the head!

Here's the rotation I'm going to TRY to follow for the next 4 weeks to see what it does, or doesn't do for me...

Shape it up
Firm it up
Cathe cardio
Mix it up
Tone it up
Cathe cardio
Tear it up

I started mid-week so I have no days assigned to anything as what you see will be split by a rest day in the middle since I've worked out a few days straight already before beginning this. On my rest days I'm going to try to use either Cool It Down (SS Series) or Stretch Max. I am bad about stretching beyond what is given in a work out and would like to try to improve on that...

I will also be adding in walking lunges and extra ab work if/when I feel it is needed and I have the time...
