Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday: GymStyle Legs (w/u, standing leg work and stretch) GymStyle Chest (w/u, chest only) GymStyle Back (back only) upper body stretch.

Tonight: cardio, CTX triceps and floor leg work on schedule.
Will be unavailable tomoroww and Wednesday and so likely won' be able to check in till Thursday morning, but am planning on working out tonight and Wednesday night.

Yesterday was HCXtreme #1 (interval and circuit w/o)

Today I'm planning on PUB and TimeSaver tri's and bi's only.
I also want to do KPC. I am going to try to at least finish the Oct. rotation.

Yesterday was L&G floorwork,GSlegs bandwork, and KPC inner and outer thighs on the ball. Today is Pub chest,MIS chest/Pub back,MIS back, and MIS abs.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! }(

Today is Step Works. This starts week four of the July 03 rotation for me. I can't believe it...I am actually going to FINISH a rotation! That's quite an accomplishment for me! LOL I had to tweak it some for my knee...but for the most part I have done the rotation as it was written! Yeay for me! :)

I am thinking that I will be doing this rotation again for November... I will keep the type of work out the same as well as the order they are done in but I will mix it up a bit by changing the titles for some variety! Maybe I'll plan it out today.:+

Today I was going to start a week of S&H, but woke up just not feeling it.

So today, I'll be doing GS: BSB and then using CC#1 on the treadmill.

Jane: HCXtreme#1 is a toughie! Good luck w/all you have planned for today.

Kim: You have quite the mish-mash planned for today...yowzers!

Cathy: Good luck...I hope everthing works out.

I just got done with a SB premix and Leaner Legs. WOW. That is one tough workout. Even the abs were great!

I did SH Triceps and Biceps this morning and I just love the Slow and Heavy approach, I just can really feel my muscles work and they feel a little weak right now ;-) !

I hope that everybody has great workout or rest day and don't eat to much Halloween candy ;-) !

Happy Pumpkin Day everyone!

I forced myself to workout this morning. Just didn't sleep well last night and woke up feeling sinusy and yucky, but I picked Circuit max and that was a good one for me today! It shook off all the cobwebs, that's for sure!:eek:

Jane, HCxtreme is one of the hardest ones for me... I think it tried it once (it kicked my butt!) and put it away. I need to pull it out again and give it another chance! But today was NOT the day for that!!

Anyway, I'm waiting to see if Cathe posts a Nov. rotatation before deciding what I'm doing next.

Good workouts so far.

I forced myself to take a total rest day yesterday. I am sure my body needed it...today I am doing one of the premixes from SB/SJP...I just don't want to do Hi/Lo as my legs are still a little sore from the run Sat!

HI, all

After taking most of last week off or only making a feeble effort to workout. I, of course, didn't make it through my own rotation because I got sick.

This week I have decided to do a cardio only week of workouts. My weight dropped with not doing weights for a few days so I want to test a theory about my workouts. And it dropped even with eating normally after I felt like eating again. I also lose weight when I don't work out at all.

So I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit and made it all the way through without coughing.:7 The weights in this workout are really really light. It is more cardio than a circuit.

Anyway we will see how it goes this week. I do still need to take it easy since I am still recovering from my cold.

Hello all:

I didn't work out Saturday or Sunday because I have a pretty good chest virus/slight aches going on. Finally today I couldn't stand it any more and I did:

IMAX 1 warm up
Body Max circuit section and ab section

This was not a very long workout, but since I can't breathe too well, it was just right for me.

Hope Cathe posts a rotation soon.

I did my PUB,MIS chest and back workout with MIS abs. That was a tough one and I was shaking! But the workout really felt good!

Hi again, my workout is done. I have done HSC and Turbo Jam cardio party nº 1. I missed Cathe.I want to start a new Cathe's rotation this month. I hope Cathe will post the november rotation today.Carole you deserve a day of rest.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did IMAX2. Been a veeery long time since I did that workout, and I just loved the music. It's a great workout. I had to pause a big after interval 7 due to a cramp, but otherwise I managed to get through the whole thing without modification. But this was the first time I felt that I actually went anaerobic during some of the tougher intervals. Lugging an extra 20 pounds around really does make a difference.

Jane - that's a long, tough workout you've got planned. Good luck! :)

Wendy - High Five on sticking to a rotation! I look forward to hearing about your results!

Carla - intriguing. I haven't tried doing the LM blast only premix yet. I imagine it will be a real leg fryer! Enjoy!

Becky - on days when it's so hard to motivate yourself to workout, those are the days when the workout does you the most good. I'm glad to hear Circuit Max made you feel better.

Carole - you and your sister did AMAZING in the race!!! I can't believe your sister had all those mishaps and still came first in her age category!!! Wow! Great job! You deserved your rest day yesterday, that's for sure!

I think I hurt my right foot, OUCH! about two weeks ago, I was doing Imax and I almost tripped over my step. I remember hitting the side of my right foot. But, nothing, well I thought was major.

But, it has been sore now for a few weeks, can hardly do my cardio and this morning I tried to run, but no can do. So, I ended up walking and a 'LITTLE' bit of jogging (very slow) for an hour.

When I touch my feet it really hurts, it feels and look like the bone or something is definitely swollen and sticking out a bit. I have a appointment tomorrow with the foot dr. But, I'm worry it may be something else, I pray that I only need to lay off for a few days, which I should've done, But know................

Tonight I'm going to take it easy and do MIS UB. This thing has really got me bugging. I am know spring chicken, ;) ;) can't bounce back like i use too. I'm hoping maybe my foot just need time to heal.

I just finished tri's and bi's from PUB and Timesaver and KPC.

I then looked at the rotation forum and saw the November rotation. I have a few days left on the October rotation which I was going to finish this week but I think I'll just switch and go on to the November rotation, especially since I did the first w/o, KPC already.

I am leaving on vacation on Friday for Oklahoma City and will be done through the 13th, so I think I'll try to mimic the w/o's as much as I can with the fitness center at the hotel. I can run intervals on the treadmill for the IMAXs and print out the sequence of exercises on MM and PUB/PLB and use the weight machine there to do those exercises.

Sounds like a plan.
