Good Monday Morning Everyone,

I did a short workout today. I did the standing portion from buts & guts + a Cassey Ho short youtube pilates workout.

Sandy, I subscribed to cathe live for a while but my connection wasn't the best either. I found the sound echoed too much for me and was a bit tinny. otherwise, the classes were great and I liked seeing the regulars. that said, i can only do so much cathe - then I burnout.

Ok. Today was Cathe's MMA Kickbox then I sort of did a circuit workout at the gym.

I did barbell chest then 5 minutes on the stair master then did biceps, triceps, calves, legs and shoulders then 6 minutes on the bike then some back and little more shoulders. I had done abs at the house before going to the gym.

Not bad for a Monday.

Hi Annette, I'm impressed! Well done!!! Today I didn't make it to find even 30 minutes for a workout. With my dad still in hospital I have to go there after work. So, considering That it takes 1.45 minutes to get to work from home, 1 hour to go to hospital from my workplace and two hours from hospital to home, well that' s enough for me!!! I can really call it a day! The whole week will be almost the same I think... Life sometimes compels us to abandon our routines and bear a lot of stress. Have a great day
 
Hello all. Today I did Cathe's Legs and Glutes. I'm trying to stay as close to her printed rotations as possible. Kick Max tomorrow - Yikes!
