Good morning ladies!

My workout(s) will be "hit & miss" .......but I did manage to do a little one this AM.

Blender- "Standing Upper Body with Tubing" -34 min.
YT- Cardio Drumming w/Lindsay- 15 min.

HI ladies,

Today is my hubby's and I's 35th wedding anniversary!! Can't believe it is 35 years, WOW!!!

Today's workout was 2 newish Taebo workouts off YouTube. One was a very well balanced (for Billy) 27 minute routine, then the other was 10 minutes. I had on my weighted gloves for both workouts. Not too bad for a Monday.

I actually got into see the dermatologist this week!! Hard to believe since usually they are booked months in advance. This under eye, around mouth and leg rash has gone on too long now.

I did Low Impact Total Body Trisets Lower Body Split for the first time. I really enjoy this entire DVD. I also wanted to do some core work, so I added on the Scrambled #1 Premix of LM&R Core Fusion.

Today I did-
Lite Cardio Party - 40 minutes
Lite Extended Stretch #1 for 13 minutes
Lite Bonus Abs #1 for 11 minutes
Groin still a little sore and tender. Those were good workouts for me trying to get back into a regular routine.

Take it easy with sore groin area. Just take it slow & easy and as you if it hurts either back off, modify or skip whatever move irritates groin. Glad your back, you were missed;)

Equipment: 1 5# DB, Pair 3# DB's
Long step 2 risers each side and mat

**UPDATE - had to Skip this one today, ran out of time****

Fire on our street 1 duplex and 1 apartment house on fire. Helped one victim into our house to wait for paramedics, gave her a blanket and slippers since neither her nor the guy with her had any shoes on. Gave the guy a pair of slippers too. She had burns on her hands and had come stumbling down the alley after getting out of the house.

Still burning. Very sad.
