Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min."Habit Stacking" Upper Body Rowing & Weights Circuit

Hi ladies,

Today was a Fierce Cardio Kickboxing with Laura Wells off YouTube and it was 45 minutes. No music playing but the instructor was engaging and did the workout with you talking you through each combo. So not bad.

Lots of cleaning needs to happen today.

Annette, I like the kickbox workouts you find. Those definitely burn the calories!
 
Today I did STS 2.0 Total Body Stretching for 25 minutes and 150 jump ropes.
I got in over 5 miles yesterday packing, cleaning out closet, drawers and going up and down the steps. Got a lot done, still have more to do! I'm trying to do what I can when I can. The next few weeks will be a flury of activities. Tomorrow, going to the new house for inspection and taking measurements for my furniture and meeting my yard guy so we can see what needs to be done to clean up the yard and whatever else needs to be done. Looking forward to getting settled in the new house and getting on my regular schedule.
