Annette, I like the kickbox workouts you find. Those definitely burn the calories!Hi ladies,
Today was a Fierce Cardio Kickboxing with Laura Wells off YouTube and it was 45 minutes. No music playing but the instructor was engaging and did the workout with you talking you through each combo. So not bad.
Lots of cleaning needs to happen today.
