Gooood Morning Ladies,

Absolutely beautiful day overhere: bright blue skies and 12C. Really lovely Spring weather.

Did Low Max today. Nice w/o. Especially my hips and butt would say so. And what totally surprised me was it burned more calories for me (426) than Imax2 (325 on average). This was my first try and I was taking it easy to focus on all the steps. And I used a 6" step because I wanted to know how my knee would take it. So imagine what happens in a week or so when I can go all out and maybe even do it on an 8" step!

I hate pivots and mambo's and the like, cause it always totally confuses me. I always end up on the wrong foot or wrong side of the step. But I'm sure once I've learned it all, I will love it as much as I love Imax2.

Anyways, I added L&G ankle weight exercises and core max #1

I may not be able to use the hardcores for much longer though x( 8 out of the 11 dvd's were sort of damaged. THey look used and three of them have damaged rims. I ordered through CKSales and they want me to send them back before they send out new ones. I've already been waiting 8 weeks for them to finally arrive, so i'm not looking forward to this. The dvd's do work (previewed most of them now) but with the damage (they look like superficial abrasions) I'm just worried about future problems. I've never had dvd's look like that, ever. Not even the ones I've been using for three years now.

Oh well, it's not the end of the world. Failing my exam because I have been previewing those workouts would be much worse:)

I totally forgot to say that I managed to do the first two levitation holds in core max at my first try. I absolutely amazed myself. At the third one I toppled back wards:+

Dutchie: I personally find that low max is more intense than it seems - when I am finished, I am totally drenched in sweat. It is a great workout with a lot of fun factor.

Congratulations to you on the levitations, it took me about a month before I could do them. Sorry to hear you have to send your hardcores back...hopefully it won't take 8 weeks again.

Today for me is S&H Biceps, 30 min cardio and some ab work added in.

Dutchie~So sorry to hear about your problems with the HC's. I hope they keep on workin' for ya! Congrats on the levitations and I agree that lowmax is a great w/o! I sweat it up doing that one and I can't even do the blasts yet!;)

Well, last night was KPC premix # 3 for me. Tonight is um....lol...I have no clue...I'm not prepared with a plan so I guess I'll figure it out later!

I have to go to social security today to get an ss card with my married name on it and then I'm gonna spend the afternoon with a girlfriend doing something fun. Tonight is a doc apptmnt to see how the little guy is doing.:+

A/C was awesome! Eagles were FANTASTIC in concert AND to make it an even better weekend, I came home a winner from a/c! That like almost NEVER happens! Woo Hoo for me!!! lol :D :7 :D

Dutchie-Sorry about DVD's. That must be so frustrating. Good job on the levi's! I can get up there. I just need practice holding my balance.

Tammy-How are the S&H? I was thinking about purchasing those next. Either that or the P90X. Have any opinions?

Today for me was GS B/Sh/Bi, stability ball abs with 15 lbs weight, & BC Core premix .

Hello ladies,
Yesterday for me was Lowmax (without the blasts), ankleweight work from Legs and Glutes, S&H Triceps and then core max 2. I felt so tight after this combination.

Don't yet know what workout is on tap for me this evening.

Okay, I officially despise all of you who can do levitation holds! Just kidding;) I'm working on it and hopefully will soon get there.

I'm going to do Lowmax later today. Love that workout.

Dutchie...I am really sorry about the DVD's! At least you can try some of them. I also enjoy Lowmax and Coremax but not so good at those levitation holds...I have been doing one of Cathe's ab workouts followed by one of the Coremax worouts at least 3-4 times a week. Gives me a good 30 min ab/core workout.

Today I am doing a 3 mile run, GS shoulders, bi's, tri's, my ab/core work and maybe Lowmax this afternon! I love Mondays as it is my day off work!!!!

Wendy...so glad you had fun at the Eagles...always enjoyed their music...

Morning Everyone,

I will be doing HC Extreme #2. Didn't get to work out with all the activity this weekend. On Saturday I had a Funeral and a First Communion. And Sunday was helping my oldest DD with her Science Project. Glad that is done! x(

Dutchie, sorry to hear about your DVD's. And I am still trying to get those levitation holds held. }( It took me a while to get all the steps down for Low Max also. It is my favorite w/o so far.

Today I did Muscle Max. It was my first time doing it and I now have jell-o legs. Cathe wanted me to do squats and lunges and THEN do leg press with the stretchy band. I told her she was crazy, but I don't think she heard me. (Darn DVD instructors never hear you when you cry out in pain!) My legs went on strike in the middle of those leg presses. Whooo boy! ;) I was modifying left and right - Cathe would pick up a 40 lb barbell, and I would pick up two 10-lb dumbbells and say "Close enough!". LOL! Well, hey, I've got some goals to shoot for now. And I really need to buy a barbell. Just gotta convince DH of the necessity of a barbell, a club step AND a high step. They ARE all necessary, right? Back me up here! LOL!
 
Hi good morning. Today is a TAEBO day. I will do the TAEBO bootcamp ultimate workout and two basic live workouts. I will do one segment of core max too. I am enjoying my basic live workouts. The music is great and I love kick and punch. I can not wait to receive the get ripped advanced. Have a great day everybody.

I will be doing Step Blast later on tonight. I still haven't gotten a barbell set yet but my high step arrived on Friday so that's a good thing!

I am also amazed by the levitation accomplishments on Core Max! I did that w/o yesterday and I tried it - but I'm not even CLOSE! x(

Dutchie - sorry to hear about your dvds!! That is so frustrating!! I am frustrated as well because I ordered KPC and Legs and Glutes about two weeks ago and they are still on backorder - today I had Legs and Glutes scheduled with thirty minutes of cardio to follow. Guess it will be PLB and cardio........total bummer x( x( I am not
to fond of PLB for some reason - always feel it, but not enough variety for me I guess. Cannot wait to get Legs and GLutes!

I did Step Blast and Power Hour this morning. Great! I had not done Step Blast in a while - probably a month - and it is so great to come back to a routine you like after some time and remind yourself how awesome it is.

I am anxiously awaiting BC/ME, KPC, and Imax 3 to darken my doorstep...

Hi again.Reba my anxiety for the get ripped is growing after your post.My workout is done. I have done the TAEBO ultimate bootcamp workout and one TAEBO live basic workout.I am eating clean, almost all the time, and having fun workouts. I am haaapy.

Angie I stay not having a barbell.The weight I use in my dumbbells is enough for me now.

Dutchie congratulations the levitation moves are not easy to do. I stay trying them.So sorry to hear about your problems with the Hardcore dvd. CK sales is great. Hope you will receive the new ones as soon as possible.
