Absolutely beautiful day overhere: bright blue skies and 12C. Really lovely Spring weather.
Did Low Max today. Nice w/o. Especially my hips and butt would say so. And what totally surprised me was it burned more calories for me (426) than Imax2 (325 on average). This was my first try and I was taking it easy to focus on all the steps. And I used a 6" step because I wanted to know how my knee would take it. So imagine what happens in a week or so when I can go all out and maybe even do it on an 8" step!
I hate pivots and mambo's and the like, cause it always totally confuses me. I always end up on the wrong foot or wrong side of the step. But I'm sure once I've learned it all, I will love it as much as I love Imax2.
Anyways, I added L&G ankle weight exercises and core max #1
I may not be able to use the hardcores for much longer though x( 8 out of the 11 dvd's were sort of damaged. THey look used and three of them have damaged rims. I ordered through CKSales and they want me to send them back before they send out new ones. I've already been waiting 8 weeks for them to finally arrive, so i'm not looking forward to this. The dvd's do work (previewed most of them now) but with the damage (they look like superficial abrasions) I'm just worried about future problems. I've never had dvd's look like that, ever. Not even the ones I've been using for three years now.
Oh well, it's not the end of the world. Failing my exam because I have been previewing those workouts would be much worse
