Morning lovely fit ladies!

I was supposed to run last night but it was far too icy and slippery here. *sigh* I do so need a treadmill. I did RS instead and had lots of fun:)

This morning I did biceps and MM core and tonight is Lowmax.

Sorry about your ice!! It's 25 degrees colder here this morning than it was yesterday!! Brrrrrrr!

Yesterday I took a 4 mile power walk. Today I'm doing step from MIC , abs and stretch.

Hi, ladies! We got the ice also, so schools are delayed here today. Which always means a bit of a longer workout if I want! LOL

I just finally saw an infomercial for Urban Rebounding. I know you have recently gotten into it, can I ask you a couple questions??......did you buy from TV or is there a better deal out there? What dvd's are you using ?? It looks FUN.....do you think it's a good workout??

I am VERY tempted but wonder if it's as good as it looked........

I just finished the step from MIC and am off to do abs!!:D

Today was day 2 of Mar. rotation. I did Imax3 (in place of Imax) and will do core max2 in a bit.

Shelly- I am sorry about the ice postponing your run. Treadmill are a godsend and oh so useful.

Good morning everyone, and happy Friday! We have a pretty nice weekend ahead - partly cloudy with highs in the low 60s (F). I'm really sorry for those of you who have to still deal with winter!

I had a 3.5 mile run yesterday, plus GS Legs. Felt great! I really like GS Legs. Today, I suppose I'll take off because I have to go grocery shopping after work. No choice - otherwise it'll be slim pickins this weekend. I had originally planned Imax 2 - what a shame to miss it!

I doubt I'll check in this weekend. I plan to get out and start pulling leaves out of the flower beds. Also on tap: Saturday - Imax 2, PUB and abs. Sunday - Step Blast, GS Legs (yes, again! I told you I liked it) and abs. Will try to focus on those tranverse abs.

Didn't feel like jumping around again today so I did PH instead. Tomorrow is a hi/lo of some kind and Sunday is Stretchmax and Coremax.

I did Gilad's workout this morning at 5am on FitTV to wake my body up. Tonight after work I'm going to 'attempt' IMAX3 for the first time. I'm rather nervous/anxious, but I will do what I can. :)

Good morning everyone,

Today is a scheduled rest day so I can finally get caught up on housework.

Sandra, I'm enjoying the rotation so far. To be honest, I feel like I could do more, but it's alsos nice not being completely wiped out each day. :) My videos were supposed to arrive yesterday, but they didn't. Oh well, if they don't get here in time there's always the FitTv versions. I just previewed FitTv's CW - what a great workout! I love the music. I should have bought the intensity series a while ago.

Hope everyone is feeling well now (I seem to have picked up a chest cold :(). Have a great weekend and Happy Friday!

Morning ladies. Late check in for me today. This morning was PLB followed by the kick/punch combos and abs from KPC. I was surprised at how much of a sweat I built up just doing those combos. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the hammer crunches on the stability ball with the weight. In fact I did some extra afterwards just for fun!

Becky - On cold days like that, I drink lots of hot tea. There's nothing like a steaming hot mug of tea to make me feel all cozy inside.

Pamela - if you describe the Fit tv version of the pyramids, I can tell you what's missing and you can add them in, if you want? That's too bad that you haven't received them yet! I'll probably be subbing the two 20 minute runs this weekend with MIC hi/lo, and something else. We have snow up to my mid-calf, and it's still coming down.

Hey Judy...I looked at March's rotation but it doesn't work that well with the dvd's I have. I had picked out a strength rotation that I have ALL of the work outs for!

If Robyn wants to do the CTX rotation this month, I will probably do that with her. If not, I may give that strength rotation a try...I'm scared though...:eek:

I did Billy's Fat Blasting Workout the 55 min. one today with ankle weights and weighted gloves.

I have about given up on my weight I am tired of struggling with it. I don't have the time, energy, money or motivation to try and lose it. I am not going above a certain number so I figure if I can maintain here then maybe in the future my body will let go of a few pounds. Plus I am still not having a cycle so my hormones are probably messed up also.

I will not stop exercise and lifting weights since I love it soo much I am just tired of the weight issue.

Today I did Low Impact step with ab work from MIS. I also did this ab routine ..
25-30 crunches
50-100 bicyle crunches
10 isolation crunches
repeat for 3 times with a 1 minute break between sets
