Hello everybody....
I just finished my w/o... Step Blast premix combos 1,2,3 and abs from S&H and All Step... an hour w/o in all.
I've been feeling a little burned out here lately. Day before yesterday, instead of running 45 minutes, I wound up running a mile and just didn't have any energy, so I powerwalked for an hour. Yesterday was a busy day for me and didn't get to w/o until about 8 last night and made it only halfway through Circuit Max and then did the stretch. Feel physically fine, just not motivated at all.
Trying something different, I've followed Cathe's rotations since Sept and I think I just need a break, so I'll be doing cardio and one body part a day, throwing in abs three or four times a week.
