I have been running around with early morning doc appointments and working late and so haven't had time to check in over the last few days. Early next week will be hectic too but I am still here.

Yesterday was KickMax around noon and then three of the four cardio segments from the step only premix of Cardio&Weights.

Today is PUB and BB TimeSaver tri's and bi's and StretchMax.

Cathy: I hope everything turns out okay. Enjoy PowerMax! It was a toss up between that and IM#2 today, but I love IM#2 just a little bit more!

Jane: I can't imagine doing anything after KickMax...that one still kicks my butt!

Becky: Good luck with BodyMax....another one that thoroughly tests your endurance.

My Leaner Legs and Ab Hits on VHS came yesterday! YAY!

Today is C&W's. I didn't get home from work until midnight last night so I slept in this morning. I was lifting things over my head and was up and down a HUGE ladder about 30 times (which was actually a lot of fun) and was sore this morning!
I'm working till 2:30 today so I'll do it later or go for a powerwalk if it's not raining.

Cathy, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Keep us posted and hang in there.

Jane-sounds like you're feeling better. Hope you get a break from it now.

Becky-enjoy Bodymax! So are you guys happy with your UBB results?

Good morning everybody and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!:)

I did S&H Legs and Shoulder. What a tough workout!!! }( I am really enjoying my rotation and I can see changes in my body, but I am also seeing more fat x( . Oh well, I just keep on going and see what happens. I will do quite some cardio at the end of the rotation, so that should help! ;-)

Carla...wow! Kickmax Bootcamp is a tough one too. Have fun! I am doing a race tomorrow, not a marathon but a 30K (18.6 miles) The marathon I was going to do in Jan got cancelled..:(

Kali..you'll love Leaner (Meaner) legs!!! I'm glad work is going well for you...:)...I'm doing good, just taking it easy this week which has been hard!

Kristine...you did great with S&H Shoulders & legs!...all of S&H is tough!

I didn't do any weights yesterday so I'll do some upper body and abs today. Have cut back working my legs too this week so they will be ready for my trail race tomorrow. Also hope the rain stops or this race could be very messy!!!

Yesterday was PUB down only, RS combos 1 and 2 and 1/2 of CoreMax #1.

Today is Circuit Max.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day but I might do Sunday's work out tmrw and take Sunday as my rest day...not sure yet.

I started GS BSB this morning got part way through the Back portion when my 4 year old woke with a night mare. Tried toget him back to sleep but others in the house where getting up.x(

I am going to try and finish the workout when my 4 year old goes to preschool.

Cathy: I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Yeah its’ Friday….Yeah its’ Friday….Yeah it is FRIDAY. Can you tell I’m happy, long week for me.

Were oh were is my Step Blast and KPC I ordered them Monday. I’m hoping before the day end, that I see that big brown truck pull up.

Any how, this morning I did Kickmax OUCH! OUCH! :eek: I think I may have to put this workout on my evening schedule, this is a toughie and the leg work OOO WE!

Tonight, I don’t have any thing plan but relaxation i just may clean my apartment or something. Its going to feel funny going home and no workout, but I’m sure I can manage it.

Last night, I did P90x Back & Biceps, awesome workout. I like the way Tony put it together, I really enjoyed it! So, guys on this note I’m going to say bye-bye for now. I don’t have a computer at home so won’t be able to chat. Have a great and wonderful weekend.

Morning all! Today was RS. Tomorrow I will be doing ME followed by some kind of cardio. Not sure yet since my SB/SJP DVD is out being repaired.

Good morning!

Kate slept from 10:30 until 5am! I got 6 uninterrupted hours of sleep!! Well not fully uninterrupted because I kept waking up to make sure she was okay. What a treat! And, the young one still had her very solid early morning nap, which means that I got my workout done uninterruped. I did LowMax this morning, on the 8" step. I started on the 6", as I used to use during pregnancy, but wasn't feeling it well enough. Fun workout, especially without the big belly!!!

Tammy - I'm looking forward to dusting off IM2 in another week and a half. I'm trying to wait until 6 weeks post-partum before doing the really intense workouts, but I'm not sure I'll make it. IM2 might sneak into my rotation next week...If you do that one today, enjoy it!

Carla - great workout combo today! I like that idea. A nice step workout followed by some intense kickboxing. Cool. Kate's not consistently sleeping through the night, but she does go 4-5 hour stretches. I can't say that sleep deprivation is a huge problem for me, thank heavens, although some days are better than others. Thanks for asking!

Kristine - are you sure you're seeing fat, and not just water retention due to the heavy weight training? Cathe's mentioned a few times that the body will retain water to help muscles repair after heavy weight work. I hope that's all it is; it's very discouraging to be exercising hard and still seeing fat gain!!! I would like to share pictures of Kate, but I'm leary of posting pics on the internet. Maybe I should get over that, and just make a picture trail. I don't know. I'll think about it. Thanks for your interest :) !

Carole - have a great race!!! May the wind always be at your back!

Wendy - oooh, Circuit Max! I may have to put that one back in my rotation next week. It's a good one! High five on doing the first 2 combos of RS yesterday!

Hi, all

I did half of Hardcore Kickbox Circuit, between interruptions(phone rang) and the gutter guys showing up to put up new gutters I just didn't feel like finishing. At least I did something and didn't hack my head off trying. I was hacking something awful this morning and almost didn't even try but I did and I am glad that I did try to work out. So much for my new rotation I was going to try this week. Only made it through half of it, but at least all muscle groups got worked.

Hi again, my workout is done. Finally I have done TAEBO advanced live nº 8 and 4. Now I am sore but happy. I am so proud of myself.I really love TJ but I stay loving my TAEBO workouts too.Later I will use my stationary bike.

Well I never did C&W's but I did get a powerwalk in so I'm happy about that. I'm focusing on cardio and LB. Tomorrow I think I'll walk and then do Leaner Legs. That sounds like a plan.
