Good morning everyone!

Yesterday I did Imax 3 in the afternoon, then last night I was feeling gross, so I did the Bootcamp cardio and core premixes. I felt much better after. Vacation really has done NOTHING for my clean eating.

Today I have a run planned, and upper body - either ME or MM. And tonight I'm going out to a dark nightclub and dancing my butt off to some heavy industrial and alternative music with children half my age}(
 
Good morning ladies,

Shelley: I really like Bootcamp but have never done any of the premixes.

Last night: CTX kickbox warm-up and cardio followed by Segment 1 and 2 of Viper, then PUB Shoulders and the overhead presses of Gym Style shoulders, stretch.

Tonight: a circuit (HSTA or Bootcamp)

Hello sweet ladies,

Shelly, feeling old already ;-)

Did Low Max this morning. Still on a 6" step but I'm finally getting the choreography. Burning 378 calories just the same. Added GS Back and Biceps. Have to run some errands now. Will do a 7K run later this afternoon plus abs.

Bought myself a new toy yesterday: the sporty Nokia 5140 cell phone. Have been busy for hours with all the settings, and all the features.

Yesterday was Chest and Back and Core Max 2! I was able to increase my weights in Chest and Back and very pleased!

Today is Legs and Shoulders.

Good Morning Fit Women!

I just put Joey down so I have a few minutes and then I'm gonna go veg with my cup of coffee in front of the tube.

So this morning I did the following work outs-FEEDMAX and CHANGEMAX!!!:p

Both Joey and I had a better night last night. He slept more so I slept more. It felt good. I will still need a nap today but maybe I won't be quite so delerious by day's end!;)

I have been checking my weight almost every day since I got home from the hospital. I started with a 10# weight loss...as of this morning I am down about 19 pounds! WAHOO!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I am SOOOO happy! :+ :7 }( :D :)

Hope everyone is doing well. Can't wait to get back to my work outs!

It's raining here in NJ...hope the weather is nicer where everyone else it.

Morning Everyone,

Had some entertainment last night while doing my w/o. There was a toad that was trying to climb the window and it kept falling over, followed by this pathetic croak. It made me laugh watching it. :D

Today will be PS Legs and Abs plus a run. Still kind of dreary in this area, so it will be an interval run on the treadmill.

Tomorrow morning is the delivery for the 3 tons of stone. Stonemax will be my w/o tomorrow.

Shelley, have fun dancing. Bet those kids won't be able to keep up with you! }(

Wendy, see all the hard work you did before Joey came is paying off.

It is raining here but that is good for my allergies. I did Imax 3 this morning and Legs & Glutes with five pound ankle weights. I hope that I can walk to work now.

This morning I did Christie Taylor's Still Steppin'. I've never done that workout before. It's fun!

Kristine - extra money definitely comes in handy once you get introduced to Cathe workouts!

Foodie Sue - thanks for the info about Z-pack. I don't know if it's as "popular" here in Canada. I've never heard of it before.

Terri - Push/Pull UB 3 sets?? Woah! That would work you hard! I haven't done any of the GS workouts yet, but when I previewed them they sure looked tough! I don't think you're going to be disappointed.

Debbie - I hear you about those kinds of prescriptions being given to parents of young children. I was prescribed something like that when my DD was still an infant and I didn't take it. When you have babies that wake up in the middle of the night, it's a bad idea to drug yourself!!

Stayfit - I'm glad you enjoyed Star Wars!

Connie - LOL!!! You switched CW for IMAX2 because you wanted to give your legs a rest?!?! You got it backwards! CW is very gentle on the legs; the weight work is all upper body, except for the light squats you do during the compound exercises (they stretch the legs more than challenge the muscles). The cardio is on the intermediate side, and doesn't have many power moves in it. It's a great lower-intensity day workout. IMAX2 burns the legs!! So, congrats to you for adding a fourth day of hard leg work! :)

Annette - good heavens!!! That sounds like an awful accident to witness! Are you doing okay? Something like that would really shake up a person, I imagine?

Wendy! I was so surprised (but pleased) to see you check in! Are you settling into a bit of a routine? That's excellent that you're down 19 pounds! Do you find that you're peeing a lot? Apparently, women pee out a ton of water in the first few days following a birth. How are you doing, physically? Recovering okay?

Shelley - you're a machine! Those are some intense workouts you're doing!

Laurie Mac - LOL at the toad. That's hilarious!

Wow, you had some incredible workouts yesterday! }( Feeling gross so you wanted to do Boot Camp?!? Rock on!! :p I'm sure you'll get back to your usual clean eating now that you're home. ;)

Today is C&W FitTV version and then StretchMax. Hopefully this afternoon the weather will stay sunny so I can work in my garden.

I've really enjoyed they first week of first Cathe rotation, but I am seriously looking forward to my rest day tomorrow! LOL My muscles are starting to whine. :eek: :p

Hi everyone-Today is plb from fit tv and then a treadmill run as it is 90 here today. Then some ab work from ab hits.

Sandra yeah that 3 sets of upperbody from push/pull really fried me! I had doms all day yesterday. My upper body fely like jelly when I did ME yesterday! I may have to do 2 sets and work up to 3. 3 sets equals about 50 minutes and I may have pushed myself to the limit there :)

I know this sounds terrible but my nephew is graduating today at 1 and I dread going. I hate sitting still that long! I would like to skip that part and go to the party afterwards as he and I were never close due to my SIL. Would that be terrible of me?

Wendy-19 pounds! that is terific.

Sandra!! Ack!! Why oh why didn't I check out the chapter index for C&W yesterday BEFORE my workouts???? LOL *blush* I should have trusted Cathe's rotation, instead of thinking I was being smarter. :p Oh well, my newbie-ness shines through once again today! :+ (I posted my workout under the Hardcore rotation thread earlier today! lol)

You are right, too! IMAX2 did a number on my legs- including my knees! Yikes! }(

It's good to know that C&W will be gentle on my legs today, though! :7

I've learned my lesson- preview workouts a day ahead of time! At the very least I need to look up the chapter index. :p LOL

Oh well...no REAL damage done. Right? ;)

Wendy, good to see you! I'm sure you will try to squeeze in as much SleepMax as you can today!

I was supposed to go see a movie with a girlfriend tonight but plans changed which is good because I didn't want to be tempted by movie popcorn anyway - I've been eating pretty well all week.

Tonight will be Imax 2 and tomorrow will be some kind of circuit workout - probably Body Max.

The good news is that my knees feel much better! I have cut out the lower body workouts that have 10 zillion squats and lunges and have incorporated more standing legwork (a la Kick Max) and floorwork (L&G). I still get a good workout but feel like I'm strengthening the knees along with my legs instead of punishing them. :eek: Maybe I'll even try walk/running this weekend!

Sandra, yes, it was horrible to witness and I was shaken up even after I finally made it home. My legs were wobbly while I was trying to calm the drvier down. We kept having to move because of all the emergency vehicles that kept showing up. I don't want to witness another one if I can help it.:(

I managed to get a workout in today, I did PS Chest and Back then did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit for my cardio. I now have to go bake brownies for my oldest son's piano recital refreshments for tonight. I am a very busy lady these days.:+ :eek: :)

Hi ladies:

No workout for me this morning, which was planned, luckily. I am on call for my job every night and last night I was up from 12-2. (Wendy you were probably up then too). Then I had to be to work early at 7 am.

I am fried today because of that. I contemplated working out this afternoon after work, but not sure if I can hack it. We'll see. Plus it is SO dissappointing that the weather forcaster promised a nice Friday and Saturday (75-80 and sunny), but it is the &^&*^* 50's and cloudy. Supposed to rain all weekend for the 3rd in a row. Arrgh. I hate May in Minnesota. Terri, 90 sounds fabulous!
