Well, I did MM upper body and core this morning. I upped my weights on everything and pushed myself to failure. I accidentally had 45 lbs on the bar for those underhand barbell rows. I'm hoping for some DOMS tomorrow. We're really a sick bunch, aren't we? I WANNA FEEL THE PAIN!!!!
This afternoon I went inline skating. Did 19.2 km. Not sure how many miles that is. I wanted to do the loop 4 times, but the friend I was with wimped out on me. I did the last 6.4 alone.
Shelley - 19.2 km is almost 12 miles! That's awesome! I remember when I first started to rollerblade, I had so many wipeout wounds on my legs and knees...I think I still have scars! Ahhhh.....the good old days...
I just finished with Imax 2 (let your hips go loosey goosey!) and I'm ready to hit the shower and crawl in bed with the YOU: The Owner's Manual book I bought at Border's tonight.
