Today I did Cathe's latest live for lower body. It was fun! I used heavier weights with some moves. I will do my own stretch now. I took a rest day yesterday. I slept in a bit and just couldn't get myself going.

Spring like temperatures for us!Hi ladies,
Today was another Kombat Fitness mix 48, had some light weight work at the end and floorwork for abs with a stretch. It was about 56 minutes long. I will feel this one later . The cardio in this one wasn't as complicated which was nice especially with weights and floorwork taking up more time in this one.
I need to get myself together now, getting my hair permed this afternoon, Yay!!

My leg is still not good. So mad at myself for pushing more than I knew I should have. Today I did STS 2.0 total body stretch for 30 minutes.
I'm taking diclofenac Rx that doc gave me. That helps with the pain and am using a topical as well. Will try to do some upper body weights tomorrow.

Thank you, Annette!!Nicki, the Kombat Fitness or Fitness Kombat are on YouTube. Along with the same instructor's Xtreme Box, there is even a cycle workout for those that like that and a mini trampoline workout. The fun factor is key with the kickboxing ones for me.

Deanna, I love the STS 2.0 workouts! All of them!Today was all STS 2.0 - Lower Body 1, Abs/Core premix #3, & Chair Yoga. Love the neck stretches in the Chair Yoga! We have warming temperatures here today so I may just spend some time doing Yard Max! (That's what my sis named our yard work. LOL!)
