Hello and Happy Friday,

Last night was a planned rest day but I did a short workout instead:
Gym Style chest with decline presses and flies added in, abs and a short stretch.

Tonight will be either a circuit or one of the IMAXes.

Morning Cathy and everyone.

Last night was gonna be upper body and cardio...decided to do upper body and legs instead so I threw in L & G and put it on mix and match and did a 30 min mish mosh of leg exercises and then I did chest and back from UBS.

Tonight I have to do the rest of UBS and cardio...definately cardio tonight!

What's Up, Ladies!?

Today I did GS Legs(Floor), PLB(Floor), CoreMax 2 with weights added to some exercises, & StretchMax 2. Every single muscle in my body is sore. I am a happy camper!! :p

I was going to run tonight, but I will have to save it for tomorrow. I think my legs need a rest. I did run last night, so no guilt here. My husband's sister and family are coming tonight for dinner. It is her b-day. I need to clean & go grocery shopping. My husband tells me it's just an excuse to go to Wal-Mart.;) I love that store! Anyway, I am going to make the strawberry cheesecake from EFL.:9 Hope it turns out!

Anybody have any fun plans for the weekend?

Too busy today for a good workout so I just did S&H legs (without the pre-exhaust lunges) and added on the ankle weight exercises from L&G. Nice, relaxing approx. 50min in total.

Dutchie...sounds like a great leg burner...:)...I think I have some DOMS from GS legs yesterday. Have you gotten the Hardcores yet?

I am doing a 4 mile run in the rain!!! Plus the upper body split from ME. I really like that BC/ME DVD...so many options...

Today I did Kick Max - what a great cardio workout! (It was my first time doing this one.)

My upper body is soooooo sore from PUB yesterday. WHOAH! I just love DOMS - I feel like I'm actually accomplishing something when I get sore the next day. ;)

Way to go everyone on your workout accomplishments! :D

No not yet. CKSales accidently sent it to my old employers address instead of my home address, and apparently it disappeared, assuming it ever arrived.

Anyways, they sent a new package off on Wednesday. This time by express registered post. I'll have it by Monday I think.

It's not really a leg burner: S&H legs has too many lunges, not good for the knee so I skip the pre-exhaust lunges, and do the others with light weights only, and only if there isn't the slightest ache in my knee ;-)) I love the ankle weight exercises from L&G though. Good for strenthen the knee too. Well the muscles that have to ensure proper tracking, that is.

Running in the rain can be very nice, but it all depends on temp and wind. How is it where you are?

Good morning!!

Wow, a lot of great workouts in already today!! I am on call again at work from 11am-3pm, so I already got my workout in for the day!! Tonight we are finally having a family birthday party for our 3 boys..all birthday's in March, so this afternoon will be busy..baking cakes etc..

Today:

P90X: Back and legs and AB Ripper X...Those pull ups are so hard, even with a chair!!! OUCH!! I don't think I will be doing any cardio today, but who knows....

Clean Max, Sweep max, laundry max, Yard max...LOL

I was a little short on time this morning so I squeezed in a Timesaver #4 and tonight I'll hit Low Max ("how looowww can you go?") and Core Max.

Denise - YUCK! 16 hours?!? I have to work tomorrow, too, and I'm not looking forward to it.

I love your picture trail pictures!! I know all about Senior Frogs in mexico....That is one wild place!!
Last May my husband and I went on a Crusie to the Western Caribbean, and we were at old Senior Frogs...We got completely trashed!! It was so much fun!! When were you there??

Hi all, after taking yesterday as an unscheduled day off,I did PUB triceps and biceps today along with the 8 min. taebo and the first 12 min. of taebo Abs and Glutes for some much needed ab work. I forgot how fast paced that workout is. I just couldn't decide on another cardio, and I also found out that it will take another 4 weeks to get my orthotics back from being modified!!!:eek: }( So I will have to continue to modify my cardio until then. sigh.

Do we look a weeee bit trashed in the picture?!? We had sooooo much fun that day....I've never laughed so much in my life. I got lost trying to find the bathroom and all the workers were teasing me. On the way back to the cruise ship, my boyfriend called the taxi driver "Mario Andretti" - I thought I would die laughing. Good times, good times......

We went last July. We had a wonderful time snorkeling and relaxing. I really want to go back soon! It's going to be Disney this summer but hopefully we can go back to Mexico next year.

Yeah, you guys look pretty trashed in the picture!! WE had a great time too..we hooked up with some people from NY and they were a freaking trip, they were every bit of New York...and funny as hell!!

Which Cruise line were you on? We did Royal Carribean 7 day, it was very nice...next time we will not spend the extra cash on the nice room..was not worth it..

I did end up working out again today!! My legs just did not feel worked enough from P90X this morning

HSTA: Legs only premix:13 minutes
Legs and glutes: 39 minute standing leg work


My behind is now offically kicked for the day!! LOL
