Dutchie...sorry about the delay...YUK! I think you'll like the dynaband work in GS legs, some are similar to the ankle weight exercises in L&G. As far as the rain...It was NOT nice today. Wind and rain, I was sure anyone that saw me was saying "Wow, is she nuts or what!!" I cut it down to 3 miles and might do a workout this afternoon...Hope your PC is better...
