Suzanne: I love TC. Its very calming to me.

Last night: CTX Kickbox (w/u and cardio only) followed by 20 minutes HIIT, Pilates lower body exercises, lunges from PLB and stretch.

Tonight: LowMax or PowerMax.

This morning is S&H tri/bi for those of us following the Oct. rotation. I'll add some core in there too and hopefully have time for some time on the stationary bike as well.

It's another dreary day in Ohio. What happened to the sun??
I wonder if those of you in the Denver area are digging out of your driveways this morning.....?? I hope it's not too bad but PLEAAAAAASE don't send it our way!!!:eek: ;(

Good morning fitness folks...

Yesterday was a 6 mile run I subbed for IMAX2 on the October rotation. I also got in CoreMax 3.

Today is suppose to be S&H tri/bi and I don't have the S&H series, so I believe I will do PUB. I am off today and I may do PLB also since my lower body is needing a weight workout.

Hello, Ladies!

Today was 200 lunges w/15lbs db's, 30 uphill walk on treadmill, and sm #1. This afternoon will be GS Legs floor and PLB floor.

Good morning everybody! :)

This morning I did 30 min Pilates for Abs and Abs from PS Legs. That's the first time I did the Pilates workout and I am not sure if I like it or not. I didn't really feel a burn, but I might tomorrow }( .

I just got done w/ S&H Tri's&Bi's and the hi lo segments of SJP. That was fun. Loosened me right back up.

Hi to all check in readers

Kristine- Pilates is interesting; I found DVD's to be un-challenging until I went to several live classes and received repeated feedback on form and breathing. Now when I do pilates at home I am mindful of the ceuing I'v received in classes and my pilates is much more effective. I even get DOMS in my abs.

Jane- glad to see you back into working full speed ahead. Do you have that race nest Sunday?

Nice going on the lunges w/ DB Carla followed by the cardio!

Becky- We have the same weather here; good for sitting near fireplace and baking!

My workout: Spinning at home, freestyle legs, and pilates abs and my own extended stretch.

I am in AW(?sp) that you are working out so soon after having a baby. No my cyst will not go away on ist's own. May need draining or removal.

Okay what is tissue culture. I can only think of a laboratory setting.

Wendy:
You amaze me that you can get such great workouts in with little Joey. My boys always interupt me, and they are older.(11 and 4)

My workout this morning was Timesaver #1 cardio and GS BSB premix

Tissue culture means working with cells in vitro (on a plate and in an incubator) in a sterile environment. Yes I work in a research lab working on Parkinson's DIsease.

Great workouts so far! Last night was Imax 2 and Tough Abs premix in CoreMax (thanks, Hitler Shelley!!). Tonight I'll do GS C&T and a run.

Hope all you Denverites have plenty of gas in your snowblowers and all that snow doesn't cause a problem for you.

Hi good morning everyone, yesterday I did TJ cardio party nº 1, 1 hour in my stationary bike and TJ 20 minutes workout. Today I will do Firm it Up of the Slim Series, TJ (I think I can named myself a Turbo Jam junkie too)and PHH arms.I have three days off from job and the weekend to enjoy working out. Good morning everyone!

This morning I did Power Circuit. Ugh! I haven't done hi/lo is such a long time. I felt like a dancing elephant during those segments.

Tammy, Kristine & Jane - it does indeed feel TERRIFIC to work out again! :) Kristine, enjoy your week of stretching and ab work. That sounds like a nice rotation. Was it effective? Jane, don't you just love it when you out-do your own expectations?

Carla - 200 lunges with 15lb dumbells?! Wow!!!

Elaine - working out when young children are at home is very challenging, isn't it? I wanted to get back to working out ASAP because after I had my first daughter I gained a lot of weight post-partum. If I don't exercise to help me deal with stress, then I tend to eat, eat, eat! I'm determined not to let that happen again.

As usual, everyone's doing some terrific workouts. Have a great day!

I am only on week 4 of 13 weeks. I think I can see some more definition in my arms and abs, so we will see what happens.

Hi all, I did a 2 part workout instead of doing it all at once. This morning I did PS Triceps with abs off of PSSL&ABs then at lunch I did IMAX 1 warmup+intervals 6-10 with cooldown, I had done IMAX 1 the 1st 5 intervals last week.:)

We almost finished up the front room with drywalling yesterday. We still have one bottom piece to go but my dh has to disconnect the existing old outlet before we can do in and we have to do the bump out for the heating duct going upstairs to our room. Then we can call the mud and tape guy!!! YIPEE!!!:7

Sandra ...LOL... Even though you may feel like one,I hardly think you look like a dancing elephant on hi/lo. The way you worked out all the way up to delivery, you are probably the most fit postpartum woman there is! Yes, it did feel good to go the 6 miles yesterday. I love those days when everything just seems to click!

I just finished my w/o. I decided to stay with the structure of the rotation and just did PUB tri's and bi's but it didn't feel like enough so I did the BB TimeSaver tri's and bi's also. Good w/o.

I then did PLB in its entirety and I really felt it. I am determined to get more lower body work into this upper body rotation than I did last month when I pretty much ignored the upper body for the whole month when we were on the lower body rotation. I'm glad I was off today and could work out a little longer.
