Good for you doing the l/b workout as well today!!!
I should have done that too but guess I'll have to add that tomorrow or another day. Today has just been physical enough.....bi's and tris, xtra core, 30 min. on the bike and I just realized I need to cut the grass, and that's one hour of pushing! I think a l/b workout would be overkill. But mostly , to be honest, I just don't feel like dragging out all the equipment again......step, barbell & weights, all the dumbbells , gloves......etc... I wish I had a basement or a room where I could keep it set up all the time, but just don't and sometimes the set up/put away seems like it's as much a workout as the workout is! Ha! Just kidding but it's a pain some days......
Enough of my yapping.....I'm outta here to mow the grass now!
