Daily Check-in for Tuesday, October 11

Good for you doing the l/b workout as well today!!!
I should have done that too but guess I'll have to add that tomorrow or another day. Today has just been physical enough.....bi's and tris, xtra core, 30 min. on the bike and I just realized I need to cut the grass, and that's one hour of pushing! I think a l/b workout would be overkill.:p But mostly , to be honest, I just don't feel like dragging out all the equipment again......step, barbell & weights, all the dumbbells , gloves......etc... I wish I had a basement or a room where I could keep it set up all the time, but just don't and sometimes the set up/put away seems like it's as much a workout as the workout is! :eek: Ha! Just kidding but it's a pain some days......

Enough of my yapping.....I'm outta here to mow the grass now!
 
This morning was BC for me. I forgot that the power had gone out yesterday, so my alarm didn't go off at 4:30 as usual and I didn't wake up on my own until 5:15. I was scrambling to get my workout done and almost talked myself out of only doing half, but I sucked it up and did the whole thing. Boy was I racing to get ready for work, but I made it on time.

Sandra - Look at you already working out as hard as you are. You are truly an inspiration. I don't think I got my butt up off the couch until my daughter was about 6 months old.

Hey All! I've been working out steadily but not managing my time enough to get on and post.

I dusted off IMAX today and did the first 6 intervals then GS back, shldrs and biceps. We launch new choreography at the gym this week so I did about 1/2 hour extra biceps, shldrs and abs. My arms are feeling well worked. I've been un-upholstering and stripping some furniture here too freshen up some of my good old stuff and was sanding for over an hour after my workout, I'll be lucky to get my arms over my head tomorrow:p

Nice workouts everyone, great job on PowerCircuit Sandra, it's one of my all time favourite Cathe's. I can't wait to see the leg circuit segment of B-Max2! Oh the mishes we will mosh!!;-)

hello ladies! tonight i did ME ub pm and GS legs. i feel it already! i haven't done ME in a while and those biceps almost did not get finished!!
