Good day, gang!
This morning I did 10-10-10. I was dreading it because I consider it the hardest cardio in the CTX series, but danged if I didn't actually enjoy myself! I didn't feel quite so elephant-like during the hi/lo, like I did with Power Circuit a few days ago.
Wendy - How do you like Christi's workouts? I did answer your question on the daily check in 2 days ago. I've pasted it again here, since I was a bit longwinded (as usual)
"Wendy - The night Kate was born I asked the midwife what a reasonable expectation would be for starting to exercise again. She said to give myself 2 weeks of complete rest, then to start again at a level that was comfortable for me (I think she meant walking LOL!). She said my body would tell me if I was overdoing it or not. I've found that my recovery from this pregnancy was so quick that by time two weeks went by I was dying to start exercising again. Believe me, if I was feeling the same way I did after DD#1 I wouldn't be exercising again for quite some time. So far my body is telling me "thank you"! I'm feeling very good (albeit sleep deprived). Yes, I'm doing the high impact. Kate's doing great. She's just gone through a growth spurt, and has been eating almost constantly (it feels like), and sleeping in short spurts. We go to the midwife's this afternoon for a post-partum visit. I'm curious as to how much weight she's gained. That's very exciting about your arm definition!!! Great work!!"

Cathy - I heard on the news that NYC and environs really got dumped on yesterday. How miserable for you!
Suzanne - good luck with your testing today. It's terrific that you are being so closely monitored, but I can certainly understand how it must be hard to go through all that every six months or so. I hope all the results come back healthy.
Shelley - you're getting a new dog? Neat!! Where are you getting it from? What kind of dog? How old? What will you name her/him?
Tammy - IM3 today with sore legs? Oooh, they're gonna be talkin' to you later!
Carla - the first time I heard Cathe say that I had to stop and rewind at least three times to be sure I heard her right. I cracks me up every time.
