Hi good morning everyone, yesterday I did Tone it Up of the Slim Series, TJ cardio party nº 1 and nº 2, TJ ab jam and stationry bike. Today I will do Tear it Up of the Slim Series and Turbo Jam. I will take a rest day on Sunday. Have a great weekend.

Hey Mariangeles....how are you doing?

Yesterday was PUB and BB Timesaver chest and back, Legs&Glutes, and a 30 minute run.

Today is a rest day except for some abs. I have the 5K in the morning.

I did the above w/o yesterday while full of PB and peanuts.. UGH... I know I am just looking to substitute something for chocolate and it doesn't work so I don't know why I continue to eat the PB. x(
 
Good Morning Mariangeles and Jane and all who follow,

Yesterday was a no workout day as I was in NYC for a meeting and didn't get home till late. What an awful day to have to do a lot of walking in NYC..it rained buckets and was windy and my feet were killing me by early afternoon.

Tonight: PowerMax (I need something to pump me up)

Okay, apparently the fog got in my eyes this morning, because I didn't see this and started another one!

So, here's what I wrote in the other one:)

Good morning everyone!

I haven't checked in for a while now. This morning I went for a nice run in the fog and drizzle, and I saw a deer It was so lovely. I thought it was a big dog at first, then I realized what it was. She was beautiful.

I hope y'all have a great day! I pick up my new doggie this afternoon!!!
 
HI, Jane, Mariangeles, Cathy and all the ladies to follow:

Yesterday was a rest day. It was Yom Kippur.

Today is a 1 hour run by the lake for relaxation purposes. Then 5 hours of breast cancer study testing at the hospital/university where I work. My mother got breast cancer at my age (37) and so I am lucky enough to be enrolled in a study that does bi-annual testing for free for high risk patients. SO later I get an MRI, ultrasound, and mammogram all back-to-back. I have done this a few times now, and I STILL get super nervous beforehand. The exams and MRI are easy, but the emotional stress takes its toll on me. WHen I am finished I always need like a 2 hour nap. But today I have an experiment that needs attention before I can take that nap. Hopefully, I will make it before falling asleep.

Good Morning.

Yesterday the home made MIC w/o did not happen...
I did a 45 min. cardio made up of Christi Taylor's Fantastic Four dvd set. I did a bit from each.

Today is ME.

Tomorrow calls for a run but I will do my missed MIC w/o instead.

I will be cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning today. I have a Pug. She sheds terrible this time of year. She is so small too with short hair. I just don't get it!

I did nothing this morning x( , I decided to sleep in :7 . I will do some ab work after work.

My DH and me are going out to dinner and to the theater tonight, I can't wait! :)

Hi all, a little earlier today, I did PUB and CTX chest with abs from All Step and for my entree, I did CTX 10-10-10 for cardio!!

Morning all! Today was supposed to be KPC, but I woke up with a massive headache, so I slept for an additional hour and a half and managed to get rid of it. Sleeping is usually the only way I can get rid of these kinds of headaches. Anyway, looks like today will be my rest day instead of tomorrow.

Good day, gang!

This morning I did 10-10-10. I was dreading it because I consider it the hardest cardio in the CTX series, but danged if I didn't actually enjoy myself! I didn't feel quite so elephant-like during the hi/lo, like I did with Power Circuit a few days ago.

Wendy - How do you like Christi's workouts? I did answer your question on the daily check in 2 days ago. I've pasted it again here, since I was a bit longwinded (as usual) :) "Wendy - The night Kate was born I asked the midwife what a reasonable expectation would be for starting to exercise again. She said to give myself 2 weeks of complete rest, then to start again at a level that was comfortable for me (I think she meant walking LOL!). She said my body would tell me if I was overdoing it or not. I've found that my recovery from this pregnancy was so quick that by time two weeks went by I was dying to start exercising again. Believe me, if I was feeling the same way I did after DD#1 I wouldn't be exercising again for quite some time. So far my body is telling me "thank you"! I'm feeling very good (albeit sleep deprived). Yes, I'm doing the high impact. Kate's doing great. She's just gone through a growth spurt, and has been eating almost constantly (it feels like), and sleeping in short spurts. We go to the midwife's this afternoon for a post-partum visit. I'm curious as to how much weight she's gained. That's very exciting about your arm definition!!! Great work!!"

Jane - enjoy your 5K tomorrow! Are you going for a personal best time?

Cathy - I heard on the news that NYC and environs really got dumped on yesterday. How miserable for you!

Suzanne - good luck with your testing today. It's terrific that you are being so closely monitored, but I can certainly understand how it must be hard to go through all that every six months or so. I hope all the results come back healthy.

Shelley - you're getting a new dog? Neat!! Where are you getting it from? What kind of dog? How old? What will you name her/him?

Tammy - IM3 today with sore legs? Oooh, they're gonna be talkin' to you later!

Carla - the first time I heard Cathe say that I had to stop and rewind at least three times to be sure I heard her right. I cracks me up every time.
