Daily check- in 07/03/2005

Hi Everyone!

I just did Kick Max for the first time today - starting the fat burner rotation. Wow, it was Awesome!!

I have to say (I'm new here), you ladies rock! You all sound and look so fit - what inspiration. I have about 10-15 lbs to lose and am just starting back into Cathe after about 6 months off. Glad to be here :) !

I did PUB biceps and went heavy, then did abs off of Power Circuit I think, then some stability ball exercises for my buttocks. Then did the 37 min. premix off of KPC for cardio.:)

My feet are fatiguing something fierce when I workout. I started out wanting to do the whole KPC minus the abs but it just didn't happen.:( I don't know what is going on.:( ;(

No, I can't eat whatever I want..I used to think that a long time ago and finally realized that, everything has to be in moderation. I can give you an idea what I have been eating.

When I get up I have:
a Protein shake: 1 cup skim milk, a banana, Shaklee soy protein or Designer whey and a handful of large strawberries. 1-2 cups black coffee.
Breakfast: 5-6 egg whites, 1 slice of dry whole wheat toast(no butter)
1/2 cup Oatmeal plain. 1 apple, 1 cup green tea, 1 large glass of water

Workout

After workout:
protein shake: 1 1/2 cups skim milk, Designer Whey protein powder or Shaklee soy protein, 1 banana, Handful of large strawberries .1-2 large glasses of water

Lunch:
1/2 cup cottage cheese, 5-6 oz gilled chicken breast, large salad with green peppers(no dressing) 2 kiwi fruit, 8 oz skim milk, Large glass of water, 1 cup green tea

Snack:
1 apple, 2 honey graham crackers with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 large glass of water, maybe a cup of green tea. I also frequently have a protein shake in place of the above. esp on days where I lift heavy.

Dinner:6-8 ounces of grilled chicken breast or White fish, 2 cups mixed frozen veggies,1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, maybe a large salad with no salad dressing, large glass of water

snack:
Fruit or Kashi crackers or 2-3 Graham crackers with peanut butter, cup of green tea, large glass of water, or a protein shake.
