Good morning Mariangeles,

Today will be GS CT premix,100 crunches,64 pushups, 40 dips. didn't do this yesterday as scheduled but will make up today hopefully, since I will be painting my daughters room. Did do 100 of the 200 crunches yesterday.

Carla, glad you like this one. Combo 3 was the trickiest but you will still get it after another attempt or two. My favorite combos on this workout are 2, then 3 then 1. I like the stretch on this workout too.

I have to fill in the rest of the day with CleanMax and ErrandMax.

Cathy-I love Power Max! Yes, it's tricky, but Cathe really works ya!

Today was my first run back outside! Yay! BUT!! I had to cut it short. I had to get back to use the bathroom!x( It felt great to be back outside and not on the treadmill. Although I love my treadmill.

Well, didn't have date night with hubby. My mom couldn't get my boys til late. So we are planning a get away next weekend. We shall see.

Good Morning.

I was suppposed to do C&W yesterday but I was gone all day long so I never got it done. x( Today's rotation "assignment" isn't bad...just ctx kickbox (cardio only) and the stability ball exercises from pub so I may do both work outs today! }(

So Sandy and I met yesterday for lunch at 1:45pm...do you know that we did not leave the place until after 6:30 in the evening!?!? I figured they'd kick us the heck out because after we had lunch/dessert we didn't order another thing! We just sat there yapping for hours! lol It was great to meet her! She's such a sweetie! Wonderful person! :) We plan to keep in touch and we will hang out again one day...
 
Good morning fitness ladies...

This week has flown by since I've been off and busy moving DD. Back to work Monday;( . It's only Saturday but I feel the mourning process starting already!!

Last night I finally got PUB/PLB bonus combo done. That is one great one hour whole body w/o.

Today is steady state cardio day. Sometimes today after shopping with DD, we are going to her pool at her apartment complex and maybe if it isn't too crowded I'll swim some laps. If not, I'll get it in sometimes, maybe a run later.

Sandra...I also know some people allergic to pennicillin. I prefer to stay away from most drugs! Yes I feel very blessed to have a nephew like the one I have...he is a good guy. Sounds like you got in a great workout. Any premix on the KPC/L&G dvd I love.

Tammy...Imax3 was quite fun. As usual those plie jacks in Interval 5 kicked my butt!!!

Jane...glad the move went well. Is DD excited being on her own?

Mariangeles...great workout. I need to do some P90X's again...:)

Carla....you know I think I've run on a treadmill twice!! I have always preferred outdoors. But in Calif we have fairly nice weather too..

Wendy....sounds like you had an awesome time with Sandy...I'd love to meet one of you ladies one day...:)

good morning ladies! another rest day today. my body is quite sore from aug rotation workouts. Tomorrow I will hit the gym for a run. Today we are going upstate to visit my aunt & uncle & have a cookout. Happy weekend everybody :)

Good morning, ladies!

Great workouts already! I'm impressed! Especially with the girls on the August rotation! Way to go!

I didn't work out at all yesterday as my daughter's 16th birthday celebration went on too long! We had a blast - me, Becky, Sara and 2 of Sara's friends went out too eat at Buffalo Wild Wings - VERY FUN and the garden burger is quite tasty! Then we went shopping and didn't get home till after 11pm! One of her friends spent the night.

So this morning I made sure I got my 30-minute run out of the way. I haven't run in almost 3 weeks and it was around the neighborhood instead of around a track like I'm used to so it was pretty tough but I got it done. I guess I sweat it up pretty good because when I got back Sara's friend said "You look gross!" LOL!!! (I took that as a compliment!!)

Now I'm going to do a quick Core Max segment and then later on today the upper body premix from ME. Tomorrow is another run and L&G.

Good morning all you hard-workin' women! :)

This morning I went for a 30-minute run. Those of you who know anything about me know that I don't "do" running. It makes me feel ill. x( But, I'm trying to stay true to the Fat Loss rotation and today was supposed to be running day. So I gave it a shot. Haven't tried to run in a veeeeery long time, not even since I started doing Cathe workouts. I wasn't expecting to do much actual running during my 30-minute "run". ;) But I surprised the heck out of myself by running the entire 30 minutes without stopping to walk (it was a very slow run, but a run all the same). Go me! :p

So I came home from that and did Coremax #2, and Stretchmax #1 and called it a day. :)

Hi! This morning I did BodyMax step-only, and BootCamp upper body premix.

Wendy, the luuuuuuuuuuuuuunch with Sandy sounds like it was great. Did your family put out a missing person's report on you while you were gone? :)

Great workouts everyone! Congrats to all the people starting/restarting to run! That's a great accomplishment!

Morning ladies. Well, it's still morning here. I did SB followed by the first three blasts of IMAX 2 (I intended to do all of them, but was just too wiped out) and then Coremax #3. I'm having a struggle today to stay motivated eating wise. For the past 3 Saturday's I have been "not so clean" when it came to dinner and have still managed to lose weight and fat each week. Well, I told myself this week I was going to eat clean ALL weekend, but I'm fighting with myself since eating a little bad on Saturdays hasn't seemed to make an impact on my weight loss. Ugh, I hate when I fight with myself over these things.x( But I'd really like a glass of wine tonight and maybe a slice or two of pizza.:eek: No Katie, no, no.

Today I did the planned workout from august 05 rotation. I sub'd imax 2 though as I dont have 3. Then I did those killer squat thrusts while swearing :) Late I plan to do musclemax or me or powerhour. Whatever the mood calls for then! Tomorrow I am doing bootcamp twice so wish me luck:)

Hi again, finally I have done the power strike millennium 1 I received yesterday. Tomorrow I will do PLYO X and the high/low intervals workout of HE. Terri, I wish you luck with the BC twice tomorrow.Katie great workout.Sandra don't you love to mix segments of Cathe's workouts and make your own workout? Good Afternoon, Fitness Friends,

I did KPC this morning and Mary Windsor Advanced pilates for the abs.
I worked out this morning as usual but had to run to church to attend a bautism of my nephew. I see some great workouts going on and I see that the August rotation is helping people lose weight fast! I am very happy for all of you! I just finished P90X week 13, I notice muscle gain, not weight loss at all, I am still wearing the same pants( size 2) from Ann Taylor, I had to buy bigger shirts because my upper body has become more muscular, arms, chest, back and shoulders.
I am two pounds heavier than when I started, I think is muscle gain!

What now?

I am going to increased my cardio and do more circuit type workouts to see lean out and reveal my new muscles!
