Daily check-in 06/08/2005

I feel sooo guilty here with my non Cathe workouts lately...:-( But I just had to try my new Spinerval the Zoot Challenge, that is 45 min very hard interval training. I was planning just to do 30 min then Navy Seal Strenght, but I just had to finish the spinning. I only had time left for Navy Seal Legs ands that was good too. That was one awesome workout today!

Good Afternoon!

So this morning I combined yesterday's and today's work outs...
This is what I did:

C & W (no abs, cool down or stretch)
CTX kickbox cardio (no warm up or stretch)
C & W abs & stretch

I was supposed to do the PUB stability ball segment also but I forgot about so I will either do it tonight or tomorrow....

I used my HRM for C&W through the kickbox cardio and these are my results based on 67 mins:

Avg hr 139
High hr 164
Cals burned 732 :7

Sandy---Nope, no missing persons report lol! DH was probably happy to get rid of me for a while!:p

I should of known that I could not paint all day and then workout! So I will have to pull together GS BSB,CT tomorrow.
