Good Afternoon, Fitness Friends,
I did KPC this morning and Mary Windsor Advanced pilates for the abs.
I worked out this morning as usual but had to run to church to attend a bautism of my nephew. I see some great workouts going on and I see that the August rotation is helping people lose weight fast! I am very happy for all of you! I just finished P90X week 13, I notice muscle gain, not weight loss at all, I am still wearing the same pants( size 2) from Ann Taylor, I had to buy bigger shirts because my upper body has become more muscular, arms, chest, back and shoulders.
I am two pounds heavier than when I started, I think is muscle gain!
What now?
I am going to increased my cardio and do more circuit type workouts to see lean out and reveal my new muscles!
