Hi good morning everybody. No exercise. I am seeing IMAX 3 and Low Max to learn the coreo ( without practising of course) prfectly. When I did Low Max and IMAX 3 I had problems with the reverse manbo.In my humble opinion this is the most difficult step in both workouts.Have a great day everybody.

Good Morning, everyone!

Yesterday I did some running (1 mile)? Too windy...ears started bothering me so more leg toning today and PUB as well.
Can't wait to get started this morning since I did not get anywhere yesterday, I am determined to push myself farther today.

Mariangeles- thanks for the compliment. I always enjoy reading your post as you are a great encouragement to me.

GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!!!

It's 5:30am here in Minnesota and I just finished my workout for the day. YIPPEE......this early morning stuff is really working out for me. I have so much energy it's unbelievable. I teach step aerobics tonight, too, so I'll get in both AM and PM workouts like I'm trying to get myself in the routine of, so have a great day everybody and I'll be on the boards later.

Mariangeles: Hang in there girl!

Well, yesterday ended up being a rest day for me. I just couldn't find the energy for GS:BSB last nite, and heeded Mariangeles' advice to listen to my body and rest if I needed it.

Today, I'm going for IM#3! IM#2 is my favorite Cathe workout, but that may change once I get all the steps down in IM#3.

I didn't have time to post my workouts for last night and the evening before so here goes:

Tuesday night: GymStyle Chest and Triceps, Warm-up, first four intervals and strectch from LowMax

Wednesday:IMAX 3

Tonight will likely just be a rest day with abs and stretch only

Today was Cardio Kicks.I love the punching. It makes me feel so tough.:)

It is rainy here. Yuck!:-( I have a midterm in Legal Research and Writing, so I can't stay in.:( Oh well.

Hi again.Thank you everybody. My doctor said I have lumbago. I have to take two different medicines. He said I will be able to come back to my job on the next Monday. The medicines are working and I feel less pain.My parents say I have injured because my Cathe workouts but I will stay working out with Cathe.This not matther to me.I won't do the IMAX 3 intervals but nobody or nothing can make me leave my Cathe's workouts.Carla I love the punching drills .They makes me feel stronger. All my Cathe workouts make me feel happy about myself.

Hi ladies,

I ended up switiching today. My back is still tight and GS back etc. might have agrevated it so I did CTX power circuit warmup and cardio and the circuit section of body max. I inserted 12 -15 stepups after every other weight segment. Step ups really do wonders for my legs.

Mariangeles RRS really is fun once you learn the choreography. It took me quite a while, but it was worth it. I hope you feel better.

Dutchie I hope you work out today. It's hard to get started but it always makes me feel, both physically and emotionally, better.

It's freezing cold here and windy. I'm ready for spring.

Hi, ladies: 30 minutes on the bike for me this morning. My flu has morphed into a cold and I haven't been eating, so I am not feeling particularly energetic. I am going to do some Cathe tonight; that should get things moving!

Marie-Feel better soon. Don't push too hard to exercise. You need rest time so that you can shake that cold!

Last night was Push Pull-lots of fun. Really enjoyed it! Tonight I will probably take my rest day for the week as I most likely have plans after work that will run too late in the evening for me to work out.

My friend recently gave birth to a baby girl so me and another friend need to go shopping for a gift for her and then we are going to grab a bite to eat. We are hoping to visit the new addition on saturday.

So, that being said, I will probably split tomorrow night's work out up between weights and cardio...not sure exactly what that will entail though...maybe I'll create another mish-mosh...

Good morning ladies . I did Low Max This Morning . Felt great . ended up walking 3 miles yesturday after noon . My Flu bug is gone Yeee Haaaa .everyone have great days !!!:) :)
 
Hello Everyone! Good news, today will be nice out again today and I can get outside again for a jog. Yesterday was Pilates, and a jog with a friend. It was nice.

Mariangeles: After getting all of our stuff organized to do taxes and decide which way was better to file, I chose going to bed! It was already so late, and the worse part was that we did not actually finish the filing. We are going to do it on Turbo Tax now so we don't make any mistakes. Taxes are so frustrating x( I took a hot bath and went to bed.

Today I am teaching a toning/weightlifting class (40 minutes), and going for a 30 minute interval jog with a friend and going to do PUB abs instead of Step Heat since I don't have Step Heat. I am feeling super energetic so I might do the cardio only on Body Max since I never did that yesterday and I should be all caught up! :)

I finally found a jogging partner and its so nice to have someone meet you out in the cold weather to keep you motivated. By the time we get to go for our run tonight it will be down in the 30s again, but at least we will be doing it together. I would love to get outside earlier today as it is going to be a high of 50 degrees!

We got a new website at work that can track all the websites you visit. My boss loves to micro-manage and will wonder what I am doing on this website, but I don't care! It takes me minutes to post a message and its nice to break up my day a little bit - I will just point out the fact that my co-worker takes five breaks a day to go outside and smoke so if he has an issue with me logging on than he can just screw himself -
}( I know I won't use those words, but seriously I get my work done and always ahead of time, so why does he care!!!! Makes me angry!!!!

Mariángeles, I really enjoyed LowMax. It was the third time I had done this w/o and it was the best I had done yet. Got all the steps (maybe not beautifully though). }( It is a great sweat for me.:D

Katie, yeah I'm still in solitary confinement, and have been instructed to remain so until at least my next ultra sound on March 16. So much for preventing excess weight gain............

Carole, you've begun tapering for your run, haven't you? Does this race have a website that I can check out? I'd love to see the route.

Great to see you back, Sandra!

I haven't been checking in very routinely lately. I've been so busy at work and following Cathe's rotation to the letter. It's a little more working out during the week than I'm used to. The combination of getting up at 4:45 and working out for about 70 min every day (used to be closer to 50) is making me exhausted. Just have to get used to it.

I'm two days ahead on the rotation, because my rest day is tomorrow, not Sunday. Today I did Muscle Max. This rotation has us doing it 4 times in the first 2 weeks of the rotation. Seems like a lot. I may get bored with it by then.

Mariangeles, thanks I had a good workout.

I did CTX and PUB back, then tried stepping again with my toe and did Step and Intervals managing to trip on my step during the insoles around the world (last time around) and fell flat on my knee and palm hit the step. I managed to assess myself after a brief break and rejoin the workout for the intervals.:+ :D I guess the test will come later and my muscles relax and I see if I am really hurt or not.:eek: Praying I am not hurt. My toe didn't hurt as badly as it did before so I don't know if it is healing itself or what is happening. I can still feel pain but it isn't quite as bad.:-( :)

Well my day was full of running around and shopping! I can't believe it!! I went to the Express clothing store in the mall and tried on some pants, and I fit into 2 sizes smaller than my usual size!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Of course I had to buy the jeans and top!! LOLOL THANKS CATHE!!!!

I will be on a high all day now!! Nothing can bring me down!!!

Mariángeles: I agree that the reverse mambo is the most difficult step in both workouts, I am still working on that one too.Sometimes the peg leg piviot move feels like it almost is too much tork on my knees at times...usually I skip the pivot part.

Charlotte: All I can say is that you look incredible! Keep up the good work.

Marcia: Working out in the early morning is great, as you have the whole day in front of you! Great job

Tammy: I was thinking about IMAX 3 today too :)

Cathy: Rest days are as important as work days, it is hard to not workout though!!

Carole: WOW!!What a workout! you go girl!
