Curious Question?

undecided... one day i'm getting one... the next day i'm not....

cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!

Not me . . . I want to try a weighted vest first. I think this will be a lot safer for me as I do most workouts at home by myself.

I bought one. A standard one that I can use safely without a spotter. I actually love it and am using it already.

I will be getting a squat rack; I believe it was Kathryn who posted a link to Power Systems which has a squat rack that is simply two vertical stands that you can place however you want, and is totally portable and easy to store, for about $100.00 (not including shipping). I'll also be getting the Pull-Up Tower when it's available, as well as gliding discs for the paper-plate work. I'm waiting for my raise at work to kick in and the tax stimulus "rebate", then I'm good to go.

I used a weight vest for a long time and eventually got disenchanted with it for heavy leg work that went on for more than a few minutes; the heavier the vest the more it pulled on my traps, creating a great deal of discomfort in a relatively short period of time. I am keeping my vest but have not decided how I'm going to bring it back into the system yet.

I bought the Gold's Gym from Wal-Mart, and the squat rack is awesome! I already have a Gym attached to my wall so I can do pull-ups, although I dread them...just like I did in P90X. But they do help you to be a lot more strong...:)
