ctx upper body workout

thank you for all the great dvds you have out,my favorit worout is the ctx upper body vhs ,what i really what to ask you is do you think you are going to have my favorit workout "CTX UPPER BODY ",out any time in the future in dvd?that would be great!thanks debbie:)
 
Debbie, yes it's pricey, but you have so many options, it's worth it When you get bored doing it "as, is", then email me or post a question on this forum for suggestions on using this DVD. You will not be disappointed. Have fun!

I must be weird. The CTX upper body split is my least favorite upper body workout. I've only done it one time and did not like it at all. I think it's because the tempo is so much faster than all the other workouts. I prefer the slow-count weight workouts. I get so much more out of them, whereas with CTX upper body split, I felt like I was just flopping my arms around. I couldn't lift nearly the weight I can on slow count reps (up 2, down 2; or up 3, down 1; up 6, down 2; etc.). To do CTX upper body split, I have to drastically reduce the amount of weight, and that's not acceptable to me.
