I must be weird. The CTX upper body split is my least favorite upper body workout. I've only done it one time and did not like it at all. I think it's because the tempo is so much faster than all the other workouts. I prefer the slow-count weight workouts. I get so much more out of them, whereas with CTX upper body split, I felt like I was just flopping my arms around. I couldn't lift nearly the weight I can on slow count reps (up 2, down 2; or up 3, down 1; up 6, down 2; etc.). To do CTX upper body split, I have to drastically reduce the amount of weight, and that's not acceptable to me.
