Crazy, strong & loving it for November!!

D13 is done. I also did 20 min yoga. I am so glad for the longer breaks in M2.

Got my new Rapid Fire 3 DVD today. Can't wait to try it out, she has someone doing low impact. The case was broking, I think the dvd is fine. Haven't played the entire dvd yet.

Nora - what did you do today? Hope you feel a little better after a good workout.

Roxie - have fun with CLX Push Circuit/abs tonight.

Thanks for the well wishes and hugs, I really need and appreciate them right now. I managed to peel myself off the couch wipe my red tear swollen face and workout in hopes it would help remove some of the pain and darkness so I can function.

Good Evening,

Tonite I did CLX Push Circuit 1, Shape Abs, and 1.54 miles on the TM. I hope to get up in the morning and get my cardio done.

Nora-I would fight the disability thing tooth and nail there are 20 year olds living on disability you can't tell me they have worked enough to qualify.

Today I did Cathe's Yoga Relax. Great relaxing yoga workout. I really enjoyed it and I feel really good right now. Pain is pretty much gone!

Today was Lower Body Blast, without the blasts, plus abs from Pure Strength Legs (Ab Hits).

Yesterday I started week 9 of this rotation with Meso 1, Week 4, Chest SHoulders Biceps.

Nora: giant (((hugs))). I pray you can hold onto hope for things to get better. Could you find someone to help you with getting help? Maybe your doctor? They must know a way!!!! Debbie: YAY for no shoulder pain! Mine is gone too!! (i had it on Saturday , all day).

Belinda: If I didn't have Xtrain and Body Combat coming , I would SO look into that Susan Chung workout!!!! Sounds fun!

Roxie: Don't forget the abs!!! I really didn't want to do them today either, but figured I could do anything for 7 minutes!!! The short ones are nice!!

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a good workout. Still have a bit of a tweak in my neck, but other than that I did well with this workout.

I was so lazy today, it's amazing I got a workout in!! But I did Cardio Supersets , and then Stretch Max , #1.

Today I did some yoga and did a new one I bought a few weeks back by Shiva Rea - Core Yoga. I like her workout but she does some really weird stuff and then she tells you to just go on your own and do whatever. I don't care for that, I'd rather her tell me which side I'm working on and what I'm doing, etc. But I worked up a good sweat and enjoyed it for the most part.

Tonite for me is the workout I didn't do yesterday CLX Push Phase 2 and then Fat Burner. My tooth is really killing me today so I can't chew very well only soft foods for me.

Debbie-that doesn't sound like a very well instructed workout.

Debbie: that sucks on the poor instructor on Yoga. The workout title sounds good in itself, though!

Roxie: Sorry about your tooth! Good job on getting CLX done!

Nora; You rocked in on TTM tabata!!! I love the Ab Hits. Good old school abs always give me DOMS. Today I did the Yoga abs. Very challenging, but I doubt Ill feel it tomorrow....
