My headache is gone today, thankfully!

I did end up finding Karen Voight's stretch. It's called Full Body Stretch. It's awesome, 45 minutes, deep good stretches. It went so fast!!

Nora: I wonder if that combat one on Les Mills pump is similiar to what his Body Combat is? Nice job on getting those workouts in!!! Hope you are feeling a little better lately?

Roxie: Working on CLX today?

Belinda: It is FREEZING out! I think I should take Buddy for a little walk though. Gotta get both of us moving!

Chris- Good job with your recovery week and enjoying a nice stretch with Karen Voight's video, sounds like excellent stuff for a recovery week. I'm thinking it should be somewhat like that at least it gives me a nice taste of it should I ever be able to afford to get Les Mills Body Combat, I'll just have to wait and see what happens. Right now its a scramble to come up with money for bills, food, oh yeah and thanksgiving. Urgh!!!! I'll just keep praying and hoping our important needs get met. ;) Oh nice reminder I need to build a fire for tonight, good thing we have wood pallets to burn so I'm grateful for that and the warmth they provide. Keep warm Chris and bundle up if you go outside to walk with Buddy. Hugs to you and yours!;)

Roxie- Doing a CLX workout today? If so, have a great workout. If its a recovery week for you rest and enjoy. Perhaps lots of sneaking off and loving that gs in person and spoiling that precious little guy. On any account hope all is well with you and yours. ;):)

I think I over did it yesterday, my foot is killing me today. Oh well! I was icing it last night. I am an idiot! What was I thinking:eek: I couldn't go to dog training last night, DH and my son took the dog.

Debbie - how is your shoulder doing?

Nora - a few day's ago TF was on sale on groupon for $50. Now I regret not getting it. They look like fun. I already have way to many workout dvds. How many workout dvds do you have? I am thinking on getting Brazil Butt Lift for my DD. She love those DVDs. Checked online, not sure which set to get? and though whom? I never ordered through beachbody before.

Roxie - I hear you on the cold. Not a big fan either:eek: How was your workout last night?

Another rest day for me here. I didn't even walk. I got errands done and caught up on laundry and Desperate Housewives! :D

I'm going to start back with the rotation on Saturday, though. Next week is going to be a bugger with work and the holiday...

Well my day is starting off on a good note heard on the news that the company DH went to work for is closing its doors as soon as possible due to a strike. Tonite will be CLX Push Circuit 3 and some KBXing I need to punch something.

Went to the doc with my son this morning. DS broke his toe:confused:. Since DS saw the same doc I did a few weeks ago, I ask the doc about my xrays the other day. I have a bone spur and my L3 +L4 are messed up again. He is sending DS and me to a podiatrist. At least now I know what's causing all that pain in my foot. Today is cardio, can't hardly walk. So I think I will do a barre workout? Not sure yet?

I late for today's check in, sorry. It's another awful payday so I had to run an errand or two and call to make sure they got last months payment. The girl promptly informed me that because my payment was less than the minimum of $25 it may be turned over to collection agency for review. Ugh, I have been paying them but its less than their minimum because that is all I can afford. Geez, less today's $10 payment leaves a $16.31 balance, its that's crazy to turn over an account that has received payments monthly and has such a low balance remaining til its paid off. That seems crazy to me, it obvious I am going to pay it off, I just can't swing their minimum, Urgh@!!!! Probably can't afford $25 deal for Thanksgiving fixin's either, oh well I'll just pray and give it to God.

My work schedule is changed, so I worked last night, and have Sat & Sun nights off this week.

Yesterday I did TF's Stretch 40.


Today I started back in with the last month of January 2012 Rotation and did Meso 3, Week 2 , Chest & Back.

Nora: I'm sorry for your horrible shitty day!! (((hugs))) . Check out Chopra's 21 Day Meditation Challenge. They are free meditations. I've done a few and they are good for the soul.

Roxie: I will eventually get CLX. Just have so much coming right now. One day!!!

Belinda: Oh my goodness, bone spurs are PAINFUL! Where does it hurt in your foot? I've been having a tender-ish left heel lately. I'm a little leary about doing Plyo Legs tomorrow...... Let us know how your workouts go!

Just mentioned it because I was wondering if the last movie is as great as the movie trailers appear. I'm excited about the last movie being out but sad because its the last one in the twilight universe. I can't wait for it to be out on DVD I so want to get it. That's it for me girls. Morning girls,

Sorry for not checking in since Friday. Friday I did 30 min TB with Gilad (legs/back + abs). Very good workout. DD and I were sore yesterday, lol. Yesterday I didn't do anything, except ran errands with DD. Today I need to get D18 (Back/Triceps) + abs in.

Chris - I had discomfort in my right heel but ignort it:confused:, keept working out:confused:. I thought I had PT and now I have a bone spur in my right heel. I started to have discomfort after all that high impact workouts I did 2 month ago. Running on Tuesday didn't help either, lol. At least now I know, need to keep my cardio low impact. Having a bone spur is painful.

Roxie - (((HUGS))) and I am so sorry about your DH. Hang in there! Not that you needed the extra stress before the holidays.

Nora - sorry you had a horrible day Friday. I never got into Twilight books/movies. I don't buy movies on DVDs, You always can get the book from the library and buy the book/dvd later. I am cheap:eek:

I actually got up and did a cardio workout today. Still have a twang in my neck area, but it's not all that bad. Wish it would just go away already. Anyways, I did Cardio Coach #2 revised and had a really good workout.
