Crazy, strong & loving it for November!!

Tonite I did CLX Push Phase 2 and I shouldn't have taken a pain pill before I worked out now my stomach is upset and I have the shakes.

Ended up taking a rest day. Wasn't feeling good, my sinus are acting up again.Today I will do D15 (BB).

Les Mills Pump- Sports Attack= 31 Min
Met Value= 9.50
Calories burned= 402

Debbie- I hope all is well with you and your shoulder is still happy and behaving itself. Hi Girls!!

Did I check in yesterday? I ended up doing my first Insanity workout (thank you Nora!! :eek:). I did Pure Cardio. Holy freakin crap. It was , well, INSANE! Good push!

Today I did Crossfire Less Impact Premix , it was a 53 minute premix with low impact tabata and circuit blast + the bonus core and stretch. I enjoyed it!!!!

This morning I did CLX Push Circuit 3 but still no abs. I have cleaned house now headed to the grocery store kids are coming over to watch football tonite so I am fixing supper and then spend time loving gs.

This is a rest day and so is Sunday for me, therefore, no workouts to report in with. So, I'll get to the personals.

Roxie- Great job with CLX Push Circuit 3, no worries on abs today. Have fun and enjoy that precious GS of yours. Take care and Hugs!:)

Chris- Oh so you did Pure Cardio, eh? It is insane and its no joke. The sweat you see pooring off people in the infomercial is the real deal, sweat is guaranteed if you do the workout. Sean T is fun though and has a personality that you don't mind working that hard and he does amazingly make it fun. Plus I love seeing everyone equally getting their butts kicked regardless of their fitness level or age. Its an equal opportunity butt kicker guaranteed. I remember feeling like I got a lot of bang for calorie burning in that 40 minutes. Just remember to keep the knees soft and if needed make the moves a little less impact so modify where you feel you need to. Its fun but man, you got a serious sweatfest with it. I'm glad you are enjoying it. Also, love the other workouts you did as well I'm a big fan of Crossfire and those Tabatas Cathe gives us but its all good, love it!!! Glad your enjoying Insane Sean T! WTG girlfriend super high fives!:)

Today was cardio and I did a Cardio Coach mix I made up. Had a pretty good workout. Still a little pain in the right side of my neck/trap area but not too bad. Went to a self-defense class last night and I think that irritated it a bit.

Tonite I did CLX Push Circuit 1, 1.54 miles on the TM and Med Ball abs twist and standing part my dizziness ear problem is back only this time I really think its and ear infection my left ear hurt when I tried to clean it with a q-tip.

Nora-good job with your workout.
 
Today I did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. I felt like my trap/neck area couldn't take down dog today so I just did the stretch workout. I think I over did it in the self defense class. It's not so bad today, but I didn't want to chance it.

Sorry for not checking in, it was a long and busy weekend. Thanks for all the bday wishes for DH. He had a wonderful day. On Saturday I went with Aleisa apartment shopping for her, we would a really nice studio apartment for her. She is moving in Jan 11:( I am sad and excited for her at the same time. I know driving to work every day, 2 hours one way is killing her. Aleisa and I also looked at sofas for her, we found a nice one in Macy's.


I have no workout to report since Friday. Today I will do D16 today.

Hi Girls...

Not much to report. This week is "Rest/Recovery" Week on the rotation. All Cathe has is Yoga/Stretches every other day.

yesterday I took the dog for a long walk in the woods.

Today I did nothing. Except nurse a horrible sinus headache. It dragged me down all day and still is. Ugh.

Debbie: I have a Karen Voight stretch video, I think I will try to do tomorrow. SHe does it in the middle of a field with mountains behind her! I don't remember the name. That's fun you took a self defense class!

Belinda: Glad you had a nice weekend!! You can have my kids if you're lonely. ;)

Nora: Nice job on your workouts. I like the combo you did with STS.

Roxie: Hope you get your ear figured out and get better. Nice job on CLX!

Just came back from a walk/run. Went for 35 min. Now my right foot (PF) is killing me, I knew it would happend. Just wanted to see if I still had it in me:rolleyes:



Chris - enjoy your recovery week. I also took my dogs for a walk yesterday, it was so cold. Hope your sinus is feeling better today.

Roxie - good job on that TM walk yesterday.
