Belinda- WTG with Imax2 I love that one and I adore the pina colada song near the end. I always love doing Imax 2. Once I got it and did that one I could not believe how much fun that was and it lived up to all the favorable accolades everyone has for it. I have Imax 3 and that one even though its done on a six inch step it still seems to be harder on my knees where as Imax 2 usually never bothers me. Go, figure! I'm happy to hear you had a super fun workout today with Imax 2. Great job with your workout and I hope you and hubby had a nice lunch time. I'm sure your dogs loved going for a walk as well, you know that's a bonus calorie burn too!
Jessica- Aww sorry about your workout plans didn't happen but it sounds like you had a fun time with your sisters and the little one. Sometimes girl time is a must. Your lucky to have sisters and that they are friends as well. I'm an only child and have no friends where I live. I think your sisters night sounds awesome, its food for the soul. I hope the little one has an easier night tonight and sleeps well. You know this qualifies your for yet another best Sis/Auntie of the week award.
Roxie- No worries about last night's workout getting moved to tonight. Its fine I know you had to take care of your daughter with her wisdom tooth surgery and all, its more than understandable. So, tonight you said you'd be doing HiiT 15 and 4ds back and bis, that's a great workout you have on tap and I hope all goes well with getting it in there as planned. I hope your DD is feeling better today and recuperating well. Have a great workout & a great night.
Debbie- I was wondering about that workout too. Glad to know it wasn't anything better than Kickbox challenge which I do love, its so fun. Oh well, at least it was a rental, so you got to find out for yourself what it was like. Nice job on your workout today and for getting ab work in from S,J, P in there. Great job Debbie!!!
Heather- Bravo on your Bi's and Tri's workout with weights today. I'm so impressed that you were able to go up in the weights 2lbs, YAY!! Your an amazon!!! That's awesome consider this a high five and a pat on the back for a job well done! I'm not up to doing 20.5's on bicep curls with DB's I can go #18 so I'm getting there. I can do most of the weights you mentioned but #20's are too much for me with concentration curls too. I have progressed to #30's db for triceps overhead but not each hand with db's. My right hand (MS issues) can lose its ability to grip part of the set so I go a little lighter so I don't have the weight drop out of my hand because its too heavy for my hand to grip safely. You are so amazing with your workouts overrall and the weights especially, you go girl!
Chris- I did Cardio Fusion Saturday the entire workout, wow! I so I know what you mean with that workout and doing even the premix is no walk in the park either. I love how Cathe's workouts can definitely make you work hard and take you to the next level. Awesome job on your workout today!! I have the Original Body Max on the Power Hour dvd that has three workout on it. I haven't done the Original Body Max yet, I plan to as part of the Cathe November 2010 rotation I start next week. I appreciate the heads up warning about the tough abs on that one. I'll have to get psyched for that one.

Melissa- I love the idea of your DD being a Salt Shaker for halloween, I bet she was adorable of course! How cute! Off to go to Alabama for work eh, great call to take your iPod and Cathe Travel fit with you. I hope that your hotel has a good elipitical, bike or something adequate for CC. Have a safe flight and trip.
