Crazy, strong & loving it for June!!

Debbie - oh no! I am not icing my back all day long, I only iced it a few time. I promise, I take it easy. How are you doing with your neck/ sinus? Nice weights today, btw!

Chris - thanks for asking about me! My back is doing much better. I still have a some pain in my lower back, almost like a pinched/cramped nerve, weird!

Roxie - hope you get some sleep tonight.

Nora - what are you gonna do after your Les Mill rotation? Your weights looks amazing.

I just came back from 1.5 mile walk w/ the dogs. I will take it easy with my workouts this week. Like I mentioned above, my back is still bordering me. Later I will do some yoga/stretching (never did it yesterday, relaxed instead:confused:).

I did workout yesterday but couldn 't post because workout manager wouldn't let me in to check my workout off to know what the calories burned were. So right now I'm checking in for yesterday's workout.

Here's Friday's workout I did yesterday:

Intensity- Step + Lo (HiiT) + Bootcamp Premix= 60:23
Loved it I haven't done Intensity in a while and I'd never done this particular premix it was amazing, loved it!
Met value= 7.0
Calories burned= 576 :);)

Ok, that is it for Friday. I do plan to do a workout for today, but I'll comeback later when I've done that one to check in with. Have a great Saturday girls.

Hey all!

today I did a MUCH needed stretch /recover for my sore body/muscles! I did Yoga Relax and then did abs from 4DS KB. (I was short 1 ab workout this week).

Working weekend, as usual....

Today I started week 2 of cathe's June 2012 Rotation! (Belinda! we're rotation buddies!). I did PUB, Up Only Premix and then couldn't pull 40/20 off (I had only slept 4 hours) so I did the *EASY* one (LMAO!) 30/30.

Took Buddy for a long walk and got all my steps in! Still working on my stair climbs. I have a few left to do...

Hi girls,

I finished my workout at about 4:30pm today. Wow, AfterBurn was amazing although I couldn't do as many of the spider man climbers with my broken toe so I did what I could. That was an awesome sweaty mess and I loved it. I'll just go ahead and check in now.

Hard Core Abs= 20 Min

Total calories burned= 764

I definitely feel like I got a fab workout in with AfterBurn and LMP Hard Core Abs is no slouch either, so good stuff all around. Now I'm off to ice my broken toe after all that.

Today was cardio and I just got on my treadmill and did hills and jogs. No biggie. Didn't really push myself but ended up burning some good calories.

Today was Cardio Supersets and then I did 30 minutes of TF's Stretch 40.

Belinda: I loved the first week of the rotation! 4DS was great to revisit. I've done the workout premixes and cardio here and there, but not together for a long time. LOVED it. This week is tough , hitting everything in a brand new way, just like Cathe likes to do. It's fun though!

Nora: Broken toe? what did I miss? Amazing workout with a broken toe!! i broke mine a few years ago and could only do upper body workouts.

Roxie: Awesome job getting your butt kicked!

Debbie: It's all good! and things aren't hurting, so you're golden!

Wow! That is one double trouble type workout, and it definitely kicked my butt! It was fun though but 30/30 was a little tricky here and there in a few spots with my broken toe but I made it.

I know I just made an mamogram appointment for myself I'm having some tenderness so I figured I'd better get in and get it done. I have to admit mamograms are not fun for me and make me nervous. Please wish me luck, its next week when I go but it still makes me nervous. Safe trip and well wishes for your DH and a great doctor's visit.;)

Chris- Hi! Yes, I broke my toe on my right foot its the third toe. My balance was iffy Saturday morning when I got up and attempted to walk into the laundry room and banged my foot smack into an oak dining room chair. So I've been having to deal with that and ice it and such. Nice workout today of Cardio Supersets and then 30 minutes of TF's Stretch 40, sounds awesome well done! I have a mamogram sheduled for next week and they always make me nervous especially since I have some tenderness issues so I'm scared too! I'll have to pray about it.
