I was on the phone, FB most off the day



didn't get much done at all. Chatted with an old school friend on FB, she lives in Ga for the last 25 years. Lot's to catch up on

Late afternoon the storm rolled around, my dog was so scared..he was clued to my leg


no kidding!! So I called it a day at this point
So this morning my elliptical arrived, it took those guys 3 1/2 hours to put it together. Parts were missing/broken. The iFit didn't came with an access code. Those guys were amazing, they didn't wanted to leave without me having using the elliptical. They drove to Home Depot and bought screws which were missing (they are the wrong onces, but it's working)

I mean, I can use the elliptical, but we have to have a tech come out and fix the rest.
In awhile I will do the elliptical and check it out

Debbie - glad all that stretching is helping. I want the new series, but thinking ....do I really need another weight training series

What is wrong with me? I can't make up my mind

BTW, how is your mom doing?
Chris - good job on your leg workout. I still never did any of the Plyo Legs workouts. Can't decite what rotation I will do next week either

maybe I will do 2 legs/1 circuit/2 cardio a week? And just do whatever dvd I am in the mood for for that day
