Hi Girls!!


Sticking with Cathe's July 12 rotation this week. Yesterday was Crossfire. I did it on 4 hours sleep after working the weekend, and was kind of amazed at MYSELF for getting through the entire thing. Love that workout, though!!! I love how it's broken up into sections, so I tell myself "Just get through this section, it's ONLY 6 minutes". (But 6 minutes of Tabata! LOL!) Good stuff
Today was GS , Back Shoulders Biceps. Good workout, my back and shoulders AND biceps all burned at one point, so it's all good!
Belinda: The hotel in FL looked AMAZING!! Gorgeous!!! But

on the one in GA. Nasty nasty. Glad you got it free. YOu really should have! ... SO you're kind of just winging it for workouts and not doing a rotation? Sometimes it's nice to do whatever you feel like. ..
Roxie: Definitely an hour and a half is too long at the gym!! I think because it involves probalby a half hour more of travel, dressing, etc. this is your last week with the trainer? It seems the trainer really kept you honest with the workouts every day. Do you still belong to the gym or was it for a limitied time?
Debbie: I'm going on vacation next week too!!! LOL!. . Sounds like a good plan to take it easy this week. cardio and stretches. Make sure you try to stretch on vacation too! ... Would you ever consider doing more circuit style workouts with weights instead of heavy lifting? Or maybe just go easy on the shoulder stuff. Even if you go way below your usual.
Nora: I LOVE Crossfire!! Glad to hear you're getting into the LIS too. I think your body needs that now. Great workouts as usual!!! I defnitely pre ordered the new ones!!! I agree, I have never been disappointed in Cathe's stuff. (except for Cardio Kicks... do NOT like that workout!). And she does everything with good form AND adds variety. Plus seems knowledgable of the new stuff out there and incorporates it into her workouts.
