Crazy, strong & loving it for JULY!

Hi Girls!


today I did To The Max, minus the compound leg moves (kind of hate those). I work this weekend and then OFF for 2 weeks!!! We're heading to the coast of Maine next week. OMG. I can NOT wait.

Nora: TTM is Cathe's hardest. After today I totally think that. The first solid step segment almost kills me!! And then the 30/20? What? :eek: I also use 2 risers. I'm afraid I wouldn't make the 3 on the jumps!?!?!

Roxie: Hope it cools off for you there!

Debbie: Oh. You must google Adam Levine Yoga pictures. He is ... *catches breath*... hot!

I finished my six workout days as of yesterday for this week. So, I'm taking the rest of the weekend off but will be back Monday.

Chris- Take care and I hope your weekend overnight shifts go great so you can start your vacation on a positive note. So, on your vacation my prescription for you is maximum fun and relaxation as many times daily as you can muster and enjoy fully. :D;):cool:

Debbie- Yay! on Yoga Relax helping give a nice stretch and feel better. Oooh, awesome I hope you have an awesome motorcycle ride with your DH today. :cool:

Sorry I haven't checked in yet today but DH and I took our boat out on the lake the perfect thing to do when its 103 degrees outside. I did intervals on the TM then did a round of the wt machines. My PT is gone next week but she gave me some workouts to do.

Chris-hope you don't have a headache from your shifts but do enjoy yourself on vacation.

Debbie-hope you had fun on the motorcycle.

Just a quick update: haven't checked in since Friday, as you already know:p For some strange reason, I couldn't log on the Forum:eek: had to reset my password. Not sure, what this is all about?

I did kept up with my workouts, I did Leaner Legs on Friday. Saturday I did High Reps and we walked the dogs. Not sure, if I workout today or not?

We still haven't started painting. Went to Costco yesterday just to pick up dog food, which I forgot to buy:confused: DH and I saw these some very nice tv recliners. Of course, our car isn't big enough to put 2 recliners in:eek: Our neighbor and DH went back to Costco and picked up the recliners. We been looking for chairs for month now, didn't like what we saw. Everything we saw was old fashion recliners.

Maybe we will get the celling done today? Dh is up there patching up holes. We shall see!

Chris - enjoy your vacation. You deserve it!

Debbie - hope you had fun riding your bike.

Nora - are you still doing Insanity?

Roxie - sounds like my kinda fun, hope you had fun at the lake.

We had a blast riding yesterday and Saturday. Put about 180 miles on my motorcycle.

I just got done with my workout, I did the elliptical for 45 min. That sucker is still hard:confused: I am working really hard on that thing:eek:

Belinda- Nice work on your eliptical today!:cool: Keep up the great work.;) I did just three weeks of Insanity and injured my knees, they hurt so I quit that workout. I iced my knees for two days off and on and then decided I couldn't do Insanity any longer. I had previously a couple years ago finished an entire 60 day rotation and done some of the workouts since then. I think I may have suffered slight tendon or mucle tears on the knee and is just now starting to feel more normal. I think for me there was too much impact and pounding for me to keep doing. No worries, I learned to always listen to your body and do what is needed.

Debbie- Congrats on you awesome motocycle ride~:D Yay!!! I'm so happy for you, and I hope you continue to have fun and relax on your vacation week. Take care!;):):cool:

Not sure, what I will do today?


Nora - as always your workouts rock, Yeah, I hurt myself too with Insanity a few years back, those workouts are tough on the old bones. Haven't done those workouts in awhile. My DD just started Insanity yesterday, lol. I fell the same way about running outside now, I am getting to old for all that high impact. Love the elliptical for that reason, don't feel it in my knees.

Roxie - are you taking a vacation too?

I didn't workout yesterday I helped DD clean her old house so they can get their deposit back, we are moving them into the new house this weekend. My trainer is out of town but she left me some workouts so I will do one of those tonite.

Belinda-my vacation is in 2 weeks.

Tonite I did the PTs workout she left me started with the elliptical and then it was wts and squat jumps then front lunges and alot of pushups.

Hey girls,

Had a crazy busy day yesterday. I was trying to figure out how to post pictures from my workout room on the forum. I finally figured it out.

Yesterday I did the Bonus workout from BC/ME. It was my first time doing that one. It was a 68 min circuit workout.

Nora - I do enjoy the elliptical, it's low impact. Love it! I bet you would love it too. Nice job on AB & AH yesterday. Tough workout!

Roxie - how do you like the elliptical? I love mine! Good job! How is the move going?

Shout out hello's to Roxie and Belinda well done ladies on your workouts. Its great you have found a super low impact machine that will let you get a killer workout and incinerate calories and fat, gotta love that. Yay, for the eliptical its always nice to learn about great low impact options that don't skimp on intensity but leave out the impact. Way to go girls! I hope you're both have a great evening. I went to the gym and did the elliptical for 60 mins. The kids are moving in to their house tonite so we will still be cleaning tomarrow, their landlord is being a pain in the butt.

Belinda-your workout room looks good. I love the elliptical you can work as hard or easy as you want.

Nora-I think you would like the elliptical.

I got up and went to spin class this morning and I am hoping to get to the gym tonite but we will have to see what the moving plans are.
 
Hallo again,

I ended up doing a 39 min full body circuit workout with Chris Freytag "10 Pounds Slimdown Xtreme - Total body circuit". Awesome workout! She does compound moves, which gets your HR up! I burned 311 cal! Not bad for a short workout! I found the workout on youtube for free! Love youtube! You find lots of full workouts over there.

Roxie - awesome job this morning.

Nora - It's so hot here, I don't feel like doing anything the last few days! Good job with CF yesterday.
