I did half of Push Pull yesterday but had the same issue of almost passing out so I had to stop. We are headed up today to work on wedding decorations and spend time with GS.

Belinda-to cold and windy for a walk here.
 
I walked on my treadmill today for 2.25 miles. Nothing major, just wanted to get some steps in. I'm so lazy on the weekends.

- Sounds like your blood pressure is low or dropping when you workout. Maybe you should try eating a banana or drink some orange juice before you workout. Plus you said you aren't eating enough during the day. EAT!! It's not that hard to get good calories in. Keep some almonds on hand and eat a half a bag if you have to. There should be no reason why you aren't eating enough. It could also be sinuses - that happens to me when I get sinus issues. Be careful. Maybe check your blood pressure if you have a device that does that.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #1 and had a good workout. I'm glad my knees are better, they don't really bother me much anymore. Yay!!!

Workout was 37 minutes, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 320 calories.

We got a ton of snow yesterday and today. It's been a pretty decent winter until now.

Debbie-you are right and yes I do have a machine for that because DH has high blood pressure now so he has to take his. Good job with your workout.

Today I did the Ripped Hiit Lift It, Hit It Chest, Shoulders & Triceps. I used my own music and had a GREAT workout!!!

This is what I did:

CHEST
Flat Dumbbell Press:
65# - 1 set/14 reps; 2 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Pushups: 10 reps on my knees

Incline Dumbbell Press: 60# - 2 sets/12 reps; 1 set/11 reps
Finisher - Tri Pushups: 10 reps on my knees

Finisher - Decline Pushups: Skipped

Today I did a Cardio Coach mix and had a great workout. I'm so glad I'm feeling better. No pains anywhere. I'm being careful and being able to push it a bit more.

Workout was 43 minutes, ran 2.5 miles and burned 308 calories although I think it was more. I'm going by my Fitbit.

I didn't get a chance to post last night I dis a spin workout and didn't have a problem this time. Finished my antibiotic Sunday morning started getting sick again yesterday.

Nora-you didn't miss anything youngest DD has been engaged since last January and the wedding is this June.

Thanks everyone! We had an amazing day at my son's birthday yesterday. Today I did SBF Tabata and I walked my dogs. Tonight I will do XT Bic & Tricps. I also went for a nice long walk this morning. Dogs loved it. I am tired today, came home late last night.

Nora - good job yesterday.

Debbie - good job this morning. My fitbit isn't always updating? Do you have the same probleme?

Roxie - hope you feel better soon.

I seriously HATE concentration curls. I don't know why Cathe insists on doing these with every bicep workout she does. They suck and I never feel them and they hurt my elbows. I went with 15# at the end because my elbow started to hurt.

Finisher - Barbell Crazy 8's: 25#

Debbie - I am not a big fan of concentration curls. You are right they are in everyone of her workouts ? Good job!

Nora - nice job yesterday.

Roxie - I have the FitBit Flex…all you do is tap it a few times before you go to sleep. I have to tap it about 3times lightly and you will see 2 blinking lights. When I wake up, I tap my FB again, and you will see all 5 blinking lights.

So I did a second workout today. I did an hour of yoga at work. One of the employees there is going to start doing a class once a week so I thought I'd try it. It was a good class other than I got nauseated really bad. Not sure why. This is why I can't workout after work, my stomach just can't take it. Plus it was so hot there, I thought I was going to pass out along with getting nauseous. I stuck with it and had a good workout but now I'm not sure I'll be able to do again. I may try it once more next Thursday and see how I do.
