I think we need to start a new month. I can't believe it's December.
So today I wanted to do the Define: Upper Body of PiYo but woke up with a bit of low back pain. I think it was the down-dog with one leg up and where you twist your waist. I think that tweaked me a bit. I got on my treadmill and only walked about a mile.
