Crazy, Strong & Loving It for December!!!

I think we need to start a new month. I can't believe it's December.

So today I wanted to do the Define: Upper Body of PiYo but woke up with a bit of low back pain. I think it was the down-dog with one leg up and where you twist your waist. I think that tweaked me a bit. I got on my treadmill and only walked about a mile. Needed to burn some calories today, eat a lot of food yesterday. LOL.

CK25 WK1 D1 and KCM Muscle Up Abs then KBX Abs per her rotation. I think she is trying to kill me. Working the next 4 days and it's been hell so far.

Today's plan is: X Train Cardio Leg Blast = 56 min + SBF Feel Good Cardio = 30 min and Jessica's Waistline work = 20 min. Yesterday I finally open my X Train dvd set, about time.
I am kinda following the 90 Day rotation. Not sure, how far I will get….meaning getting bored doing the same workouts over and over again? DH is doing it with me:D For some of the cardio, I will sprinkle Turbo Fire or something else ino_O

Yesterday all my dvd's from Beachbody including the new P90X set came.Monday I bought Jessica's walking dvd's, the came too yesterday :D She had a 50% off sale! Couldn't pass that up:p

Nora - since you done with BB, what are your next plan? Fantastic job, girl!

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and then Define Upper Body from PiYo. I didn't get to finish PiYo, I should have given myself an extra 10 more minutes. I'll have to make sure I get the times right while doing these and another workout. I liked what I did, though. I really like Charlene.

Nora - I forgot to thank you for all you wrote about PiYo the other day. I did read that and it helped a lot. I do wish these workouts were a bit longer, but sometimes shorter workouts are good. Plus it's not hard to add on.

Belinda & Roxie - Nice job on your workouts!! You girls ROCK!!!

Chris - Where are you? We miss you.

KCM 30MTF- Slim Sculpting- Workout #1= 38 Min
MV= 7.0
CB= 363

Used 1 #15 KB, #20 KB, and 1 #10 KB. #15 for swings,#20 for rows, and #10 for Turkish get ups. This was a fun fast moving workout and I could feel it in all the places Kelly said, another hit from Kelly.

Total calories burned= 710

Debbie- You are welcome for the info. I was surprised when I first did PiYo and was even a little disappointed by the shortness and the low calorie burns. But now I appreciate the shorter ones being short and easily plug in to my workout routine as add-ons. I find the short ones are especially nice to do after a cardio workout to really stretch muscles and workout any potential soreness. I love them for that and the longer or disc ones are awesome too, they are very different than anything else I have done. They are more of a calorie burner than yoga or pilates though, just not a big calorie burn as I had hoped but I still love them and so glad I got them. Piyo is great for recuperating from injuries, recovery week workouts or just a great add-on to your workout routine. I have not done them as per the rotation and followed it, you can though nothing wrong with that either. Great job on Cardio Coach #3 and PiYo Upper Body Define afterwards. I know you said you didn't get to finish Upper Body Define, but did you find it helped to stretch you and lessen soreness after a Cardio Coach session? For me it definitely does. Just curious. I didn't sleep very well last night think I was worried about what they were going to have me do a work so I didn't get a workout in.

Nora-KCM made up a rotation for me and posted it on my facebook page it should show up on hers. Good job on your workouts lol about opening Xtrain today.

I almost didn't workout this morning. My DH's dad had to be taken into the ER last night (he is fine, he was just dehydrated) so I didn't sleep too well. But I didn't want to miss another day so I did PiYo Sweat. Loved it. Howerver, something in these workouts is making my low back hurt, though, and I can't figure out what. But maybe it's just a soreness and not strain. It's not bad pain, just discomfort. I'm feeling good after the workout, I'll see how it feels in the morning - that is when I notice it the most.

Debbie - maybe it's all those down dog? A lot of people on Video Fitness complaint about their wrists and so on? Maybe you have muscle soreness? With those type of workouts you work your muscles differently? I love PiYo:)

I did KCM Split Session 2 legs. Had to be t work at 8 didn't get home until 6;45 long day. I was going to do a Cathe rotation but my schedule needs to smooth out it was hary cary today.
 
Today I did my own thing and lifted weights. Put on some good tunes and just did an upper body workout. It felt great!! Lifted moderate weights.

Belinda - I think it is just soreness and it could be the down-dogs. My abs are sore this week, love that!!! Feeling great today!

XTrain Biceps + Triceps Premix #2 is done! So far I am like XTrain. The ab workout at the end was overkill:D my abs are killing me!

I am back,

I just finished SBF LB Barre 2 with the ball = 20 min + Intem. Seat work = 22 min. I love, love barre workouts. Barre really shaped my legs, butt, abs and arms :D didn't see those results with STS:( also did Jessica's stretch = 20 min. I needed that after all that booty workout:p

After my coffee I will do XTrain Legs and SBF Int. UB + Core = 18 min + Vintage Stop Watch Planks = 17 min and Jessica's Strictly Strength = 20 min. I have DOMS in my Triceps. I posted the website of the restaurant, did you see it?
