Consisted of: Warm up, SS1, Challenge 2, SS2, Cool Down, and Coaches Notes.

KCM 30MTF- Muscle Up 2 B Fit- Workout #2= 30 Min (Great weight workout!)

Total calories burned= 567

Roxie- Great job getting those planks in, WTG girlfriend planks are tough!

I did SBF Cardio Barre =35 min and Lower Body w/ball = 15 min. I also did 21 Day Fix Yoga = 30 min and Jessica Smith Short and Sweet stretch = 15 min.

Nora - fantastic job today and yesterday. What rotation are you doing these day's?

Roxie - good job on your planks! Planks are tough.

I already did Jessica Smith LB Barre = 15 min. Getting ready to do SBF Christmas Express Stretch = 12 min. I also will do some cardio later, not sure what yet? I pulled a muscle in my back 2 day's ago, I am taking it easy on the workout. I skipped Cathe's XTrain legs this week. Just can't do it, can't do all those low lunges.

No workout for me today, I'm super sore from KCM's Muscle Up 2 BFit yesterday, major leg DOMS so I thought it would be better to take the weekend off since I plan on starting Ripped with HiiT next week with Week 3 of Cathe's December Rotation and will probably add on, not sure yet. Have a wonderfully blessed and healthy weekend, see ya at Monday's check in.

I did Burn Sets: Bic & Triceps = 37 min. I didn't go very heavy with my weight. I also did SBF Christmas Stretch = 35 min. DH and I also took the dogs for a walk.

Sorry no check-ins last week. Upper back would feel good one day and then hurt the next. Decided to take the whole week off. Sick of taking weeks off. I feel ok today and even though I have to leave for work at 7:00, I got up and did a half hour of Cardio Coach #1. Did Challenge 1 & 2. Felt good to do something. Hopefully will start back with PiYo tomorrow.

So I did it, and started week 3 of Cathe's December Rotation that starts off with Ripped w/HiiT. Wow, let me say this is awesome Plyo HiiT One has brand new moves in it, I loved it. Boy, those one handed burpees were a surprise, but a bigger surprise was able to do those. I may have been a couple off on the counts but it was a tough challenge. I enjoyed the challenge and had fun with the workout. Thumbs up on this one Cathe!!!

Ripped with HiiT- Bonus Abs One= 10 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 68

Loved the abs on this one nice standing ab section and the floor one was good too!

Total calories burned= 765 ;)

Today I did Sweat from PiYo, I like this workout. I was truly sweating by the time I got done. Too many pushups, though. I realize pushups are the best basic body strength exercise, but I hate them...

Nora - Is that Cathe's new workout you did yesterday? Have they been shipped out already??? Nice job girl! You rocked it!

Today is Hard Strike on my schedule, I can't do all those jumping jacks I will sub something else? I also will do SBF Stopwatch Planks 3 = 15 min + Christmas UB = 15 min. I also will do JS (yes, I am still doing her challenge) Fastest Fat Blaster = 13 min.

Wow, that was a killer weight workout for the upper body. That was tougher than STS oh man Cathe is awesome in this new series I highly recommend it.

PiYo- Define Upper Body= 20 Min
MV= 5.0
CB=137

Total calories burned= 634

Debbie- Hi! Good for you doing PiYo Sweat workout today, that is a really good one. I think for me anyway the second disk and others that follow in the PiYo set are more challenging especially the two disc workouts in the deluxe. I have found that I am enjoying the Lower Body Define to loosen and stretch all those muscles I use for Cardio Coach on the Treadmill and it feels so amazing to use that after a Cardio Coach session. Yes, I got my new Cathe's Ripped with HiiT series a week ago but did not start using them yesterday. I started on week 3 of Cathe's December rotation that starts using them. I've done only two workouts so far, three if you count Bonus Abs One and I feel its been a great purchase and look forward to using all of them. I have previewed them all so I know what I'm in for. They look good, you can check out the clips at cathe.com or total fitness. Great job again on PiYo and glad your enjoying and discovering all the workouts in it. Take care and have a blessed day!:)

Belinda- Good morning! I see you have your workout planned for today, awesome. Oh no worries on Hard Strikes and all those jumping jacks just do the low impact version and take out the jump in between. I've done that sometimes or just jump rope in between, whatever works and feels safe for you to do. I hope you have an awesome fun workout with Hard Strikes maybe try to modify on jumping jacks as needed. Enjoy SBF Stopwatch Planks 3 = 15 min + Christmas UB = 15 min. Nora, I done Michelle's Dozois - Athletic Conditioning earlier today, forgot to post it here! Loved it:D I thought the moves were unique and fun. I was sweating bucket. Can't wait to do the stretch later this week. I am also done with SBF. Glad you having fun with the new workouts. Enjoy!
