I did KCM Bootcamp 1&2 feel thoroughly worked. Going to spend the night at DDs and watch the grandson then a family dinner tomorrow.

Hallo again,

I am done with all my workouts. I liked XTrain legs and the music.I did do the 80 min one, I did the 56 min one. The floor portion I just did yesterday in barre:D My Glutes are on fire right now. It's also a good travel workout, you really don't need the stability ball, JMO!

I am done for today.

Hi girls,

XTrain All Out Low Impact = 39 min and stretch is done. I didn't do the AOLI premix#1 w/abs, I already worked my abs yesterday. There wasn't anything new in that one but it was a lot of fun, loved the music.

Off to the shower than take the dogs for a nice walk.

No workout for me today, even though I had an extra hour this morning. I'm so mad. Yesterday my neck started hurting and then it traveled down my upper back again. All I was doing was cleaning off a table. I'm so sick of this crap. Sorry to be such a downer, but dang, every time I start feeling great, this happens. Oh, and my knees - for the first time in a long time - do not hurt!!!

I used the tennis ball last night and that helped a lot. It still hurts, though, so I'm taking a couple days off. AGAIN.

I am done with ALL my workouts. I love XTrain Burn Set (CBS). Again loved the music in that one too.What is the song when we stretched?:D I heard it a few times last week too. Cathe uses that one for stretching?

I am going to DC this afternoon. DH and DS/Fiancé are going to watch a game this evening. I am not interested:( I will be spending time with Aleisa instead:p

Cardio Coach Volume 1 - My longer short mix today consisted of; Warm up, challenge 1, steady state 1, challenge 2, steady state, Cool down. I love Cardio Coach always makes me feel great and heart healthy, but not always so kind to the knees. I did a stretch of my own after to help.

KCM- 30MTF Slim Sculpting Workout #2= 39 Min
MV= 7.0
CB= 373

Total calories burned= 720:)

Debbie- Oh no, so sorry to hear about your neck pain. I totally feel your pain. I suffer from chronic neck pain ever since I was about 19 years old. Please rest and be careful. You are smart to listen to your body and not workout today because of your neck, trust me its not worth an injury. Take care , get some rest and have a blessed day despite neck pain. ((Hugs)):);)

Feeling a bit better today but no workouts. I'm hoping to do something tomorrow - even if it's just walking on my treadmill.

Debbie- Glad to hear that your feeling a bit better today and opted for another day of rest good idea. I would take it very easy tomorrow if you workout. I would think walking would be fine or yoga stretches, just please take it easy. Enjoy the rest and feel better. Have a blessed day:);)

I didn't sleep well and then I got called by the school at 6 this morning and had to tell them I have a full time job now. No workout for me pain between the shoulder blades.

I will do Burn Sets: Bic+Tric=37 min + SBF Barre 14=35 min + Bring Sally Up Booty=10 min. I also will do JS Crunchelss Abs=15 min.

Roxie - hope you get some sleep. I know what that feels like. Sorry about your shoulder blades. What happened? Hope you feel better soon.

I did BM2 Upper Body Wts and Abs today had to go lighter so not to aggravate my back.

Belinda-what I did at work yesterday caused some pain in that area I had my head bent alot. Good job with your workout.
