Hey Girls!!

Very very tired today. Somehow talked myself into Athletic Training. And I felt better afterwards! Baked and then made supper. Now I'm pooped again.

Debbie: Puke status! Wow! Haven't heard you say that in a long time! LOL!. I do know those CC's are kickASS though. So I'm not surprised!

Roxie: Glad you had a nice vacation AND a nice PT workout!

Belinda: Good job on Trisets upper body! Which coremax is that one? Those are great ab workouts! Doesn't Triset upper body have core too?

Nora: Nice job on STS TB! that is an awesome weight workout! Hope your stress is easing a little bit. I hate feeling like that for too too long. And for me, it usually leads to binge eating. ... Did you hear from your doctor yet? ... hope its not that that is stressing you out. :(

Tonite I went to the gym and did the elliptical for 30 minutes I wanted to go longer but it didn't workout that way.

Chris - awesome job with AT today. The last few weeks am very tired, I wake up around midnight and can fall asleep?? Don't know what this is all about? I don't remember the last time I slept all night through? Hope you get some rest after all that hard work. I did CM with the stability ball and Trisets UB does have abs. Hoping to get some good DOMS tomorrow.

Debbie - I had a few CC puke status workouts. Good job!

Roxie - good job at the gym today. Nothing wrong with 30 min workouts.

Nora - what are you up to today?

I just finished today's workout and I have to say I'm loving the new CrossFire and To The Max workouts and premixes. I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

CrossFire w/no Premixes= 55 Min
Met Value= 9.0
Calories burned= 676

Love this workout in its entirety or the premixes there is so much variety it fits everyone's schedule and I love that. Sometimes I have more time and others not so much and the new workouts have something for everyone. ;):D:cool:

Roxie- Awesome job on the elliptical today, WTG!!! You got it done and that's what matters.;)

Chris- Great job on Athletic Training, that is a killer workout WTG!!!;) No I still have not heard anything from my doctor yet. I hate the waiting it sucks and I hate the stressing out stuff. Its made me realize that my workouts are even more important in that situation because I need to get the stress overload level worked out of my body just to function and cope in a healthy way. Exercise is so important for your health and mental well being this has made me realize that more so than ever.

Belinda- Nice workout for you today with Trisets UB + CM #2 bravo awesome workout WTG!! Killer workout there girlfriend high fives all around!;)

Today was Cathe's Yoga Relax workout. I'm actually able to do all the poses and hold them as long as she does. The poses aren't hard on this one but there were a few I had a difficult time getting into. So I'm seeing improvements. I'm surprised at how sore my butt muscles are. With every yoga workout I've done, whether it's power or just relax, my glutes and hamstrings get really sore. I can tell they are still super tight but slowly getting better.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm looking forward to doing Press Play tomorrow. :eek:

I went to the gym and did intervals on the TM next to my trainer who told me to walk only when I need to, but my lower legs and ankles hurt.

I just finished today's workout and its was a mix of old and new style, fun and a great way to mix things up. So, I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

CrossFire- Timesaver Firewalker Tabata= 18 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 184

CTX : Leaner Legs= 49 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 468

Total calories burned = 652

Roxie- great job of working out on TM with your trainer, but please don't over do it. Maybe a nice warm epsom salts in the bath water might be helpful in relieving any soreness. Take it easy and good job of getting that workout in and there is no shame in opting to walk on some of those TM intervals if it means avoiding pain. :)

Belinda- Awesome workout you did today of HiiT 30/30 + CM #3 that'll get ya good, nicely done. My toes are still a little black and blue and tender but I'm able to get through my workouts so that's good.

Debbie- WTG girlfriend with Yoga Relax that's a nice one. :);) Yes, yoga does work your muscles and can make you a little sore. Its awesome you can hold the poses as long as Cathe. I think what makes yoga fatigue the muscles is holding your own body weight in a certain position for a length of time. It reminds me that just doing body weight exercises can be a workout and still strength your muscles. Yoga is great because it can do all that and strengthen and lengthen muscles as well, plus its a great travel workout and is very space friendly workout as well. Because of my MS it makes the balancing poses in yoga difficult for me to do without falling over which is frustrating because before MS I could do them without difficulty, but not so much now. I have to remind myself yoga is not about holding the poses as long as the people in the class or to do advanced options on poses. Its about doing the best you can and if that means modifying it for your needs that's great too! Yoga is very forgiving that way and I know I need to start trying to do it more often. I think I have been avoiding it because of MS but its supposed to be a great one for MS. The only issue is I need to do it against a closet door or wall for balance poses to avoid falling. I think this has made me gun shy on yoga. Oh well, enjoy your yoga and do what you can with in your range of motion and never force anything. It will come with time at least that is what I've heard Baron Baptiste say on my dvds of his. Enjoy and take care!

Hey girls.....

No workout for me today. Schedule said yoga or rest. I took rest. Headache and crappy sleep last night.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #8.

Holy crap, I forgot how hard this workout is. I've only done it one time in the past and didn't really care for it. I didn't really care for it this time either, but I did really well with it. This is the workout with 2 - 8 minute treks in it. I did both the 8 minutes treks as a jog. It was actually pretty fun. My breathing was perfect and I felt really good throughout this entire workout.

I still can't believe Sean is gone. He is so motivating in this workout. I was really looking forward to many more workouts from that talented man. Such a shame.

Still had a headache this morning. Not as bad, but , it wears me down.

Anyhow, I did Upper Body Trisets Premix from LIS. Always a good workout and different upper body stuff with the ball!

Nora: Nice job on your workout yesterday!!! That tabata is a good one and Leaner Legs!! :eek: I bet you're feeling it today!

Belinda: Lower Body Trisets Premix gave me WICKED DOMS this week! Enjoy it! Bahahahahahahahah! (Just kidding!!!)

Debbie: You really pushed it today! Good for you and good calorie burn! It is very sad for the world that Sean is gone.

Roxie: Great job on intervals last night!

Today was Yoga Max and it seemed fairly easy today. Still having trouble holding some poses, especially ones with my arms up, like Warrior 1. My shoulders get really tired and start burning. But other than that, I did really well. Sweated pretty good with this one as well.

Not sure, what cardio I will do today? The rotation calls for Cycle Max, don't have my elliptical anymore.
