Crazy, strong & loving it for August!

Good Morning,

The PT kicked my butt last night and then I did the stationary bike. PT explained that the 3 sessions for 99.00 are hour long sessions so I am getting a better bargain but I don't know if I will survive and hour with her.

Debbie-good job with the yoga.

Chris-are you feeling better today?

Nora-how are you feeling?

Belinda-what did you end up doing?

Today was Slide N Glide. I liked it better today! still doing the turning jumping jacks off the discs. I just don't like that feeling on them. Oh! and best news of all... NO HEADACHE! Finally, I am human!

Roxie: How long will you work with the trainer? You are doing so good with her!

Debbie: Nice job on Yoga today! I'm kind of sad I missed my yoga this week (due to headache)

Nora: Hope things are ok. Did you hear from the doctor yet?

Belinda: Hope you found a fun cardio, I'm sure you did!

I switched and did Saturday's workout, which is Step Moves:p Not a bad workout, never done that one before. My husband, kids and I will go hiking tomorrow, I will count that one for Cycle Max.

Roxie - good deal you getting.

Chris - some of the moves with the sliding disc, I don't like either. Sometimes I do the moves without the disc. Plus they don't slide on my carpet. Glad you feeling better today.

Hi wondering what the choreography was like in step moves. I just ordered it. Waiting on it now. Was it hard to learn the moves?

The choreography in Step Moves was easy, IMO! It wasn't very high impact. If you used to Cathe's step dvds, you will have no problem following her. I didn't felt like I was working hard, I was sweating hard:eek:. I burned 608 cal. My HR stayed around 137 for the most part. I think, I will pull that one out, if I don't feel like going all out or want high impact, like today. Great workout, IMO! The cloth on the other hand:eek::eek: Let me know how you like it?

I just finished today's workout. I did get some news finally from my doctor. I have a small fibroid tumor and its benign and its normal and nothing to worry about. He said fibroid tumors are common and benign and everything appears normal for my age as per my ultrasound. Anyways, I was upset yesterday and wasn't up to working out, so I did it today.

Here's today's workout:

To The Max- Fitness Tabata Instead of Compound Legs= 51 Min
Met Value= 9.0
Calories burned= 627

That's it for me today and I have to say I really had fun with the TTM premix I did today of the Fitness Tabata Instead of Compound Legs. Oh and I gotta say I love having all those premix options on TTM. I still don't like run taps etc... I'm just not a fan of those I'm always afraid I'm going to sprain an ankle or worse. Anyways, that's it for me for today. Have a great Friday girls, and I'll see ya at tomorrow's check in.

Today I did Bryan Kest's Power Yoga Energize again. It's getting easier but there are still a couple poses I can't do for the length of time he does them. I can finally do reverse prayer which is a huge feat for me considering how tight my shoulders have been. That pose alone makes my shoulders feel really good afterwards.

I feel really good right now, my body is warm and stretched. I really love what yoga is doing for me!

Today I will do CF. I also want to get yoga in today. I also need to get more stretching/yoga in this week, my lower back is killing me.

Tonite is my first hour long session with the PT so it should be interesting 30 minutes with her kills me. I too need to do more stretching my whole body is killing me.

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Candace. Had a good workout, wouldn't say it was puke status, but close. I didn't sleep well last night and really didn't feel like doing this. But I made myself get on my treadmill and go for broke.
