Tonite for me will be CLX Burn Circuit 2 I should go for a walk before the cold weather moves in tomarrow but my allergies are in overdrive right now.

Hi everyone!

Today I did a new yoga workout I bought called Yoga for Energy & Relaxation. I did the Relaxation workout because I am so sore from yesterday's workout. I also am having trouble at work when I sit in front of my computer all day. I need a new chair and my boss is ordering me one. The right side of my neck and the top of my shoulders is hurting this morning from using my mouse so much. The yoga helped but it's still tight. What is up with my body? I just don't get it. But I loved this workout and I can't wait to do the energy one. The workout was 40 minutes. It was so soothing and he did some stretches I've never done before. Alot of upper body stretches which is what I need. It felt great! I recommend this DVD to anyone who loves yoga. The instructor's name is Tamal Dodge.

Tonite I am going to the gym to do some cardio and then I need to do some abs. DH wants to go see GS so that is my plans for tonite. It was 90 here yesterday and its now 40 degrees to much of a change and I don't like the cold.

Debbie-I have problems with my wrist from using the mouse. Good job with the yoga today.

Belinda-enjoy whatever workout you do.

I did PUB today. Yesterday was LIC Step for 30 minutes, S&G Stength , and STS Stretch!

Busy around here. It never fails. ALways something new every day to deal with.....

Not sure if this was a bright idea, but I did LIS Cardio Super Sets:confused: kept it very low impact:) got a good sweat.

Chris - good luck on with your mamogram today. I need one soon, need to get off may butt and make an appointment soon. Nice workouts, girls.

Debbie - sorry you having so much trouble with your body. If it makes you feel better, my body is falling apart these day's:confused: I will look up that DVD, never heard of him before?

Roxie - have fun tonight with your cardio/abs workout. Hope your wrist is feeling better soon.

I am not doing so well today I'm chalking it up to a bad MS symptoms day with balance issues, dizziness issues, and pain issues. So, this was not a stellar work for me today it was just a matter of doing the best I could to get through it whether that be modifying like crazy or whatever. I did get it done though;)

Here's today's workout:

STS Cardio: Athletic Step = 47 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 449

KCM 30MTF- Cardio Quick Fix- Premix #9 W/O#2 2nd Set & Bonus= 28 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 268

Total calories burned= 717;)

I'm left feeling very fatigued and still in pain so I think I'll skip personals today and just try to rest.

So once again, one more week without straight workouts. As the day progressed yesterday, the pain in my right shoulder and neck worsened. Bad. I can hardly turn my head from side to side and I have a huge knot in my shoulder blades. I don't think it's a coincidence that I lifted weights on Wednesday and then this happened again. Does this mean I can't lift weights anymore? So frustrating. I was going to get up and just walk on my treadmill but then I thought the swinging of my arms might irritate my shoulder and neck more.

So I guess I'm back to square one. Weird thing is, this time it's in my right shoulder. It usually hurts on my left side. Same pain, though.

Debbie - so sorry about your shoulder/neck acting up again. Have you gotten an x-ray of your shoulder? I am so sorry you having so much trouble with your shoulder.

Today I did Tabata (Breathless Body) for about 20 minutes and then did Stretch Max with the band.

Yesterday, (did I check in?) I did More Cardio Interval Burn from Peak 10. First time for that one. WOW! :eek: Almost puked!!!! That one is tough!!!

Roxie: Nice going on CLX and getting to the gym!!

Debbie: Oh my gosh. that really sucks about your shoulder. So weird. Have you had xrays or scans? curious. Could you have arthritis or something there that is causing these issues?

Nora: You again amaze me doing all that and feeling so crappy!!! You are just the strongest woman ever!!!

Belinda: How are you feeling? How is your MIL?

Yesterday I did D12 legs and stretch from TTM.

Went and dropped of our dog Chu Chu at the dog school. He will stay here for almost 2 weeks (not 3:eek:). Than DH and I went grocery shopping.

Chris - thanks for asking. My MIL isn't doing so well, they moved her to hostpic. She isn't happy about it:( Great job on your workouts, Michelle is tough:p

Nora - are you feeling any better today? As always great job on your workouts.

Debbie - hope you are taking it easy with your shoulder, right? Sending you lots of healing vibes.

Roxie - did your DH find a new job yet? Will keep you guys in my prayers. How's the baby/mom doing?

I think I will take a rest day today? not feeling really tired today.
