Belinda- Sorry about the tooth ache pain. I bet you'll be glad when after the root canal you won't have that to deal with. I'm sure you'll feel sore and some discomfort but I'm sure the dentist will send you home with good pain medicine. How's your furry boy Browler doing? Nice job today with SBF Stopwatch Planks = 15 min + Shoulders 2 = 10 min. Sounds awesome, WTG!! Keep up the great job on your workouts. Now have a blessed day and hopefully a less painful one.:);)

Nora - as always, amazing job yesterday. Browler is doing great, he is driving me nuts. He wants to lick, scratch his stitches. I am so glad when they pull them out on Monday. I will bad for him, poor baby.

Belinda- Glad Browler is feeling good, now to wait to get those pesky stitches out. He's healing which is why they itch and bug him. Weider Ruthless- Lunatic Intervals = 20 Min

I had to try out Ruthless and I gotta say I agree with all the Rave Reviews and wow 10 workouts total I got mine at Amazon and it was $19.95 its a steal. I guess its sort of like T25 or Insanity minus the dread factor and monotony. This was fun and it was over before you know it. Its a great cardio workout to add on to Body Beast and a nice complement to both is PiYo to really get the best of each strength, HiiT cardio, and stretch and lengthen muscles. I now got the trifecta, yay baby!

Total calories burned= 560

I did Cardio Leg Blast 1-6 Premix before we took off for the hospital she is stable balloon put in her heart she should be able to go home Monday.

I forgot to post my workout yesterday. I walked w/ the dogs 4.5 miles and did abs + stretch.

I am up since 1 a.m.o_O Just did SBF Cardio Barre 3 = 20 min + Upper Glutes = 25 min.

Today I am taking Brawler to the vet to get his stitches/draining tube removed.

Roxie - I am so happy about your MIL is doing better and getting home today.


I will take a nap after the vet, getting tired. I will be back later. Hi to everyone that checks in after me. BBL!
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had an ok workout. I think I need to go get my knee looked at it, it is really hindering me from my workouts anymore. I'm taking my mom to see her hip doctor today so I'm going to see if they can sneak in an x-ray on my right knee today. If not, I"ll have to make an appointment. This is becoming ridiculous anymore.

Workout was 36 minutes, traveled 2 miles and burned about 302 calories.

Roxie - Prayers for your MIL. I hope she's getting better.

I did and Xtrain BS CB&S wanted to so spin but my mom called and interrupted my flow. I will do planks later. MIL had a good night last night we are waiting to hear what her doctor has to say today.

Today I did the upper body premix of High Reps. Had a pretty good workout. Went light but it still burned.

I didn't get the xray yesterday, the doctor's office was way too crowded. I'm going to call and make an appointment today if I can.

Crappy night sleep again just don't know what is going on must be stress. I did AOLIH plus some abs from Oxygen magazine. MIL was sent home right straight out of ICU and no one is staying with her I am not happy about any of it but I am not one of her kids so oh well.

Hi ladies,

My root canal went well:D The Endodontist was amazing. I am glad I was sent to her. She ask me every few minutes if I feel any pain. I didn't. She numbed me up really good. I have to go back next month for stage 2. I think the worst is over, the nerve is out. I shouldn't have anymore pain in that tooth.

I will take it easy today. Maybe a walk with the dogs tonight.
 
Hi All!

Trouble with my son kept me away again. We're going to start counseling with him Thursday. He's so frustrating!!

I decided I wanted to do STS Meso 2. So I did Chest Shoulders and Triceps on Sunday. Stretch and Abs on Monday and today Disc 14, Legs. Plus Total Body Stretching Ball #2.

Debbie, Good to see you back! I can't believe with the rest/recovery you took, your knee hurts again. Hope you can get in an xray!

Nora, Looks like your muscle pull got better? those new workouts sound fun, and what a great deal!

Roxie, So sorry about your MIL. I am in shock they would send her home after a heart attack FROM ICU! That doesn't make sense at all. I hope it gets straightened out.

Belinda, What good news to hear you had a good experience with the root canal. You and your doggie can recover together! :)
