Crazy, Strong and Loving it for October 2014!!

So I will be back tomorrow. Of course the week I decide to start working out again, I have to be at work really early today and Thursday. But I plan to workout on Tues., Wed., and Friday. Not sure I'm ready to, or even want to, but I need to. I am not sleeping well and I know it's because I haven't been working out. So I will check in with you tomorrow! Hope you have a great day!

Good morning,

Just came back from the specialist for my tooth. I need a root canal on the Oct 29o_O:(:mad: I am not happy about that at all.

Browler is doing great as long as he is wearing Elizabethan collar for him. Every time I try to take it off him, he is trying to lick his stitches. On Wednesday he is getting the draining tube out and next Monday he is getting the stitches out. Gonna be a busy week for us.

Nora - how are you doing?

Roxie - have fun with your workout today.

Debbie - glad you are back. Can't wait what you come up with.

Chris - how are things with your son? Hope a lot better.

Body Beast- Bulk Block#2- Bulk Chest= 30 Min
MV= 6.0
CB= 246

BodyRock Hiit Max- Day# 12=18 Min (Legs)
MV= 7.0
CB= 172

Total calories burned= 705;)

Belinda- Glad to hear your boy Browler is on the mend and feeling better. Yikes! Sorry to hear you need a root canal that doesn't sound like fun but you will always have my prayers and well wishes. The good thing about the root canal it should take care of the problem tooth causimg all the pain which will be a blessing. Hang in there and be well. Hugs to Browler and have a blessed day!:):)

Hi everyone. I did workout today and it felt good to get moving again. I did CC #1 and slogged it, but I worked up a sweat and feel great right now. Workout was 36 minutes, I slogged 2 miles and burned about 291 calories. Not a big calorie burn, but it's better then zero.

Still need to catch up with all of you. I promise I will read this entire thread tonight. I'm sure I have missed a lot.

Thanks Nora! I never had a root canal before, I don't know what to expect? But I know, it needs to be done. Been in a lot of pain ever since I had the crown put on.

I did StudioSweat ondemand Part 1 its a spin workout and it was so much more fun then Cyclemax I can't wait to do it again had songs like Wiggle It and Crazy Train and the instructor was so lively I think it was filmed in and acutal class not a rehersal studio and then I did Total Body Stretching Basic Stretch.

No I didn't I am not into high intensity but I might order the wt workouts later. You should check out those workouts they are fun.
 
Today I just got on the treadmill and walked for about 1.5 miles. I slept wrong and my neck is hurting so I didn't want to do weights. My plan was yoga, but I didn't think that was a good idea either.

Nora - how are you feeling? Is that pain you had last week gone? I hope so. That was scary!!!

Roxie - I'm so sorry to hear you lost your job but happy to hear you have a subbing position. I didn't know you were a teacher. I thought you worked for a healthcare company?

Chris - Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up with the excellent workouts!

Belinda - You too. Your workouts are going great!!! I can't believe you order two of each workout series from Cathe. That is an expensive venture!!! I won't be doing high intensity anything anymore. I really wish Cathe would tone down the workouts a bit. We are not machines and we aren't getting any younger.

Debbie - I couldn't agree with you more:( I wished Cathe would tone it down too. The more pic I see on the new workouts the more I really don't want themo_O I haven't canceled yet, but really don't see anything different? I thought those workouts would be heavy weights?

Roxie - I will. If you considering ordering just the weight workouts, you may as well get them now. Her DVD's are close to $20 - 26? Just a thought!

Debbie- as someone that suffers with chronic neck pain I'd say if you slept wrong to just rest don't cause problems. Sleep better tonight and start a fresh tomorrow. The pain from last week in my left hip flexor is still there but feels much much better. There was only a little whinge of discomfort today and it was subtle so I opted to not run on TM today. If the hip flexor feels good I will try to run Friday, but we'll see what happens between now and then. Have a great blessed hump day!:)

Belinda- How are you feeling? How is Browler doing? I hope everything is fine on both counts. I know you won't be rid of tooth pain until after root canal but aside from that I hope you are feeling better. Nice workout today with SBF LB Boot Camp Barre = 25 min =. Nora, you are so sweet! Thanks for asking. My tooth is killing me, besides that I am doing fine I think? I woke up with a stuffed noise and my jaw is hurting like crazy due to the pain in my tooth. Regular over the counter meds don't work. She did give me a stronger prescription. How are you feeling? How is the muscle doing? WTG, today.
 
Debbie-I am not a sub teacher however I am looking into that some of the teachers are asking me if I would, I am a Teachers aide which means I assist wherever they need me.
