Debbie- as someone that suffers with chronic neck pain I'd say if you slept wrong to just rest don't cause problems. Sleep better tonight and start a fresh tomorrow. The pain from last week in my left hip flexor is still there but feels much much better. There was only a little whinge of discomfort today and it was subtle so I opted to not run on TM today. If the hip flexor feels good I will try to run Friday, but we'll see what happens between now and then. Have a great blessed hump day!
Belinda- How are you feeling? How is Browler doing? I hope everything is fine on both counts. I know you won't be rid of tooth pain until after root canal but aside from that I hope you are feeling better. Nice workout today with SBF LB Boot Camp Barre = 25 min =.
