SBF UB = 30 min and Jessica Smith Fall Challenge D1 25-Minute Cardio Bootcamp Boogie is done! Jessica's Cardio Boot Camp was amazing, I am sweating buckets.

I will be back later this afternoon. Need to go grocery shopping.

Body Beast- Bulk Block#2- Bulk Shoulders= 35 Min

Total calories burned= 519

30 minutes on the TM, Stretch Max w Resistance band and my planks are done.

Wow, November already. Where did the year go?

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and had an ok workout. Knee doesn't feel too good even with the treadmill anymore :( I did Challenge 1, 2 and 3. Wasn't too bad, considering.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.25 miles and burned 330 calories.

After my coffee I will do JS D3 Belly, Buns & Tights Yoga = 20 min. I am not sure if I add in her dvd Buns + Tight walk = 20 min ????? Plus, I will do SBF Classic Barre (LB) = 35 min.

I am back to report my workout: I just finished Jessica Smith D3 Belly, Buns + Thighs yoga = 20 min. Loved it! Plus Buns+Tights Walk = 30 min. Broke out a sweat with this one. I am loving the challenge so far! Tonight I will do SBF Barre.

Debbie- Nice job with your workout with Cardio Coach #6 with Candace. Maybe if your knee is sore or bothering you try a knee brace or switch to low impact or try both. Just a suggestion, plus I'd see a doctor too since its been bugging you for a while. Take it easy and go easy on the knees. Have a blessed Monday!:)

Belinda- I'm sure you'll get a great workout with Jessica Smith with her D3 Belly, Buns & Tights Yoga = 20 min plus if you do any additional workouts as well. Take care and feel better. I hope the tooth pain is much better now. Have a blessed Day!;)

I also will do JS Cardio Ball Blast = 30 min + Flat Abs walk = 30 min.

Today I did Yoga Strength again. I needed it, my body is really tight again for some reason. I like this workout because you can follow it by just listning to Karen. She's a great instructor.

Sorry I don't have time for personals anymore. It seems like when I post my workout in the mornings I'm always rushing to get ready for work. But you are all doing great with your workouts and I'll try to do personals soon.

I also will do JS Fall Challenge D5 TB Chisel + Burn = 30 min + Sole Sculpt = 20 min.
