Cardio Coach #6 with Candace. Maybe if your knee is sore or bothering you try a knee brace or switch to low impact or try both. Just a suggestion, plus I'd see a doctor too since its been bugging you for a while. Take it easy and go easy on the knees. Have a blessed Monday!
