The concert was fab:eek: Glad I went. Yesterday I forgot to post my workout: I did LIC SCC and P90X3 Accelerator.

May already? Wow! I sure hope it starts to get warm here.

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a pretty decent workout considering I almost didn't get up to workout. I'm beat this week, I have a lot going on at work. I'm glad I got up and did it.

Workout was a total of 41 minutes, ran 2.5 miles and burned about 355 calories.

Yes, Wow Debbie you are right its hard to believe its May already. Ugh, I got a birthday coming up later this weekend. I don't want to think about it for many reasons, never mind.

Debbie- Awesome job with Cardio Coach #3 that's a good one. Good for you the workout got done that will help with relieving and work related stress. Hang in there Kiddo, BTW Nice calorie burn and miles ran today WTG!!!;) Have a great day and remember to let your awesomeness shine today. ;)

I did KCM's Body Shop 1 before work and planks at work then a walk with DD and GS after work even though it was a little chilly.

Today I did Gym Style Legs. Went fairly light but had a great workout. I don't have time to post my weights. I'll try to come back later and do it.

I also did the Core #1 ab work from XTrain. That is a good one. I didn't do the planks. I need to work up to those. My abs are so weak anymore. :(

Roxie - I sure hope it does. It's in the upper 30's right now. COLD!!!!
 
Hi Girls! Happy May!

Crazy it's May. The trees don't even have leaves on them yet. Looks like Winter!

I've kept up with Body Beast this week. The "BULK" phase I started last Friday. It's basically one body part a day, except one day is "arms" and is Bi's and Tri's. And one day of Cardio/Abs. He also puts an ab exercise at the end of most of the weight work too. The workouts of this phase are 30-40 minutes. I love that! .. I also hope to see how I would do at running. My PF hasn't hurt in months. So today I want to try a brisk walk, and see how my foot feels.

Nora, I still am loving BB! My eating hasn't been stellar, but I have noticed definite more tone/muscle coming through. You are doing amazing with your workouts, as usual! CTX is one I never got. But I love Chalene. I'm not sure about PiYo, have you ever done one of her PiYo workouts?

Debbie, You will definitey love Xtrain! That is my favorite weight work of Cathe's, actually. Straight forward exercises. No high reps, no funky moves. You use just dumbbells. And you lift until failure. I do believe there are low impact cardios on there too? Oh yeah, the All Out Low Impact HiiT is a good one!

Roxie, Nice job this week doing KCM! It's fun to explore her premixes. I hardly ever do the premixes, it makes the workouts new!

Belinda, Nice job on P90X3 this week! the concert sounds very nice. Was it outdoors? How have you been feeling? (Your back and feet?)

Belinda- Great choice of a workout for today with Total Body Trisets LB is done! That's a good one from LIS I believe. Nicely done for today, that is a fun workout and a joint friendly one. Glad you had fun at the concert I bet it was amazing. Go and have a fab blessed Friday.;):)

Chris- WTG with BB workouts you're doing, you go girlfriend:D. Wow, you are doing awesome with BB keeping up with it and all. Now you're into the Bulk phase, nice. I love the workouts being about 30-40 min long, that is great! I have not done Chalene's PiYo workout before but I have viewed the brief clips of it and watched other PiYo workouts on YouTube and I feel I could do it. I read on I think it was on her facebook page that PiYo she created to help her restore her joints and stuff from doing years of workouts and fighting injuries or chronic ones. She says that PiYo actually the program that will be release shortly by Beach Body is more intense than what you see on youtube its more intensive and works on body weight strengthening and flexibility. I like the idea of working more on stretching but I don't really enjoy yoga etc... I know I need to work on stretching and flexibility training just can't see to commit to it. But I do love Chalene and I think PiYo looks like it could be a great compliment workout to whatever other workouts I am doing and help with muscle issues and balance for me. So that's why I am interested in PiYo and the price is $59.95 so that's a great price for I think 8 or 9 workouts and they are short in length 30 to 40 Max. I'm trying to shorten my workout times back from one and a half hours or so a day. I think my body needs me to do this and be kinder to it so I can work on be fit without the injuries or muscular imbalances I deal with. I am really wanting PiYo, Body Beast,and P90X3 they all look fab to me and I can see myself doing those and getting DH to do them too! Take care and keep on have a beasting great workouts;):). I also went to our huge neighborhood's spring garage sale. I went yesterday and today Yesterday I found a brand new hand held steam cleaner kid/ mob set for $7 (she ask for $15) I only had $7 in cash. Today I bought a big brand new garbage can from Rubbermaid for $5 (the lady wanted $10) and I bought a rolling cart for my plant, it also was new. He ask for $3 but I talked him down or $1 Well not really, he couldn't break a $20 and I only had 0.80 cents in cash, so I got that for rolling cart for 80 cents I am already using my hand held steamer, it's amazing

I didn't get a workout in today I went with DD wedding dress shopping which she like the first one she tried on but she has another fitting in June at another bridal shop so she is keeping her options open, then DH and I went to the lake since it was a perfect day in the 80's no wind.

Hi all! I didn't workout yesterday because I had to be at work early and the same thing for tomorrow. I need to be at work by 6:30 a.m. :eek:

Today I tried Xtrain Bi's & Tri's! LOVED IT!!!! OMG, what a great workout. I love how the program guide shows what weights Cathe uses. I went a little lighter than Cathe so I get a feel for the workout and make sure my upper back/shoulder/neck doesn't get irritated. I wrote down all my weights but don't have time to post. Maybe I will have time later. I really think I'm going to love this series!
