Crazy, Strong and Loving it for February 2014!!

Good Morning,

I did KCM Circuit Burn 1 and CK25 WK2 D3. I still have not been told what is going on so I guess I will plan on working everyday next week open to close until I am told differently.

Today was cardio day so I did KCM Stepboxing Kelly's Mix (50 minutes) and then did Ab Hits w/ Planks, Low Back and Abs.

Roxie, at least you're getting some good income, right? Gotta think positive. Do you know what's wrong with the boss man and why he's hospitalized? Sounds serious!

Belinda, P90X3 really sounds great! I will keep that on my list of "to get someday"!!

Debbie, I hate when you just don't feel like working out, but it's good you got it in!

Nora, Nice workouts there! If you hear any news on more Combat, let me know. I will definitely want to get it! .... It is hard to change up schedules. I'm very discombobulated. But I need to do what's good for my family right now.

Good Morning,

I will do a stretch sometime today have major DOMS from yesterday's workout and chasing GS around.

Chris-no I don't know what is wrong he went for routine test then they decided he had to much fluid on his heart so they wanted to remove that then they talked pacemaker and all of a sudden they shipped him off to another hospital. I haven't talked to boss lady since Tuesday just received text messages.

Belinda-enjoy whatever workout you decide to do.
 
Today I did Run Fit and had a great workout. I'm off today so it was nice sleeping in and getting my workout in when I was wide awake.

Total workout time was 52 minutes, I ran 3.25 miles and burned about 488 calories.

This week is my recovery week. Next week I will start STS Meso3:D DH and I just finished P90X3 Isometrix, we also walked the dogs today.

I'm feeling a frustrated and saddened by what my oldest son said to me this morning, it has wounded me deeply. Oh, well I'll wipe the tears away and pray for him and our relationship. Ok, enough of that I will check in now.

This morning I did Janet Jenkins Butts + Thighs =23 min, just walked the dogs for almost an hour. It's so nice outside! When DH comes home from work, we will do P90X3.

No workout for me yesterday, I had a touch of food poisoning. That was fun...

Today I did a total body workout on my own. Had a great workout. I added some weight to this workout as the last one I did was way too easy.

3 sets of everything. Reps ranged from 8 to 10 depending on how I felt.

Leg Press Statioin - 130#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 60#
Barbell Curls - 32#

Squats - 25's
Incline Bench Press - 60#
Hammer Curls - 15's

Elevated Deadlifts - 25's
Pushups - 8 reps full
Upright Rows - 32#

Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extensions - 12's
Lateral Raise - 10's
Overhead Tricep Extension - 25#

I just couldn't get up this morning DH was home and I was comfortable. I will make myself workout when I get home left him in charge of supper so all I have to do is eat and then workout. This working 8 hours everyday is killing me.

Debbie-sorry to hear about the food poisoning good job with your workout looks awesome.

Belinda-enjoy your workout with DH take the dogs for a walk again.

Hi!

I did NOT feel like working out today, so tired, and I have to go into work tonight. But I thought maybe a workout would help. I did Amy Dixon Breathless Body , 2 rounds of 8. Essentially Tabatas. I'm not sure if I feel better yet!?!!? (just finished 20 minutes ago).

I am still doing STS. Undulating. I did Legs Meso 1, Week 3, yesterday. I'm going to take my rest day tomorrow and then do Meso 1, week 3 of Back & triceps on Friday.

Nora, I can totally relate to getting hurt by your son's words.s It has happened here way more than I'd like to remember. ((hugs)). Nice HiiT today!!

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling much better now.

Today I did a Cardio Coach Mix I made up. Had a great workout.

Workout was 41 minutes total, burned 374 calories and ran 2.5 miles.

Nora - I hope things with you and your son are better today. Kids just don't thinkw hen they talk, try not to take it too personally. I once called my mom stupid and to this day I regret it. I don't even know why I said that to her, but I know I hurt her. I was probably 15 or 16. I knew better. :(

Chris - I hope you got some needed sleep. You work so hard with those crazy hours you have. I hope you can take some time for yourself soon.

Roxie - I take it you're not used to working out 5 days a week. It is a change when you're used to part time if that is what you were doing. I made that change a few years back and it was hard at first. Sometimes it still doesn't seem like I have time to do anything.

Belinda - Good to see you working out with your DH. That is cool! :)
 
GooD Morning,

I didn't workout this morning but I brought KCM's Cardio Blast with me and plan on doing the one that doesn't use a step. Its cold cloudy and rainy here today and way to quiet.

Debbie-no I haven't been working full time just 4 days a week M,T and Thurs I work 9-3 then Fridays I work 9-5 and I have the 2 hour drive everyday. They are thinking he might be able to come back next week so hopefully I can get back on schedule. I get home just in time to go to bed and somewhere I have to fit supper in there.
