KCM 30MTF- Trim Down- Kelly's Favorite Mix= 20 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 688

Total calories burned= 893;):eek:

Well, Monday I go to the doctor to get the cyst examined and she will determine if it will need removed or what. I'm nervous about this and would greatly appreciate your prayers and well wishes on this, thank you in advance.;)

Debbie- Nicely done today on your Cardio Coach Mix workout you did today on TM. WTG!!!! Thank you for your kind words and sharing. I am trying to be patient with him and hope this is a phase that will pass soon. In the mean time I pray for him and for our relationship. Please take care!;)

Chris- Bless your heart for even attempting a workout after a long shift and on a new schedule no less. Yikes! I hope that the workout will help you to feel better getting out any frustrations etc.. I did KCM's Cardio Blast #2 Plyometrics and had a decent workout but the phone decided to start ringing and a customer came in.

Good evening,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday, my kids came Friday and left today. We went to the Casino last night, didn't get home until 1 a.m.:confused: We had a great time. we also met my DD's boyfriend. He is a really nice guy:D I never got a workout in yesterday:confused: I was cooking German food all afternoon, if that counts. Today DH and I did P90X3 CVX and P90X3 yoga. We also walked the dogs for 45 min.


I will be back for more personals, I am beat today for some reason. Good night, everyone.

I just finished today's workout. I sort of did the wrong workout today, I did tomorrow's workout today so to even things out I'll do today's workout tomorrow. Then Tuesday I should be on the correct day and back on track.

Today I did Cardio Coach #4 and had a pretty good workout. Not one of my favorites but I always like doing it for something different.

Workout was 43 minutes total, ran 2.5 miles and burned about 400 calories.

I sprained my right knee last night it's pretty swollen and painful. Not sure if I can workout tomorrow or not. I need to ice my knee and see how things go.
I pray all will go well at doctor's appointment today.

I just got back from the doctor and she says the cyst is benign or nothing to worry about. Phew!!! Thank goodness!! I appreciate all your prayers and well wishes. Thank you so much for that and your support, it means the world.

Today I did an upper body workout on my own. I don't have time to type in all that I did. I will do it later if I get some time. I had a great workout.

Nora - I'm so glad to hear the cyst was benign! That is awesome news! I'm sorry to hear about your knee, though. How does it feel today?

Thanks for all your positive thoughts, well wishes, and prayers. I believe I really felt them thank you all so very much. Yes, its great news and I'm very happy that the cyst is a benign I am grateful for this blessing. I did have an injury Sunday with a sprained knee. Its still very swollen and painful. I think its a good idea for me to take the next few days off from working out most likely the whole week off so I can make sure my knee is ok and heals correctly. So no check in for me today, but I will be back later for personals. Have a wonderful blessed Tuesday girls, and fab workouts today and I'll see you later for personals.

I did KCM's Stepboxing 1 and now that I finally have the moves down its a great workout. Boss man had heart surgery yesterday I haven't heard how he is doing.
