Crazy, Strong and Loving it for February 2014!!

Hi girls!;)

My doctors office called and made a referral for me to see a gynecologist regarding the small cyst to get it checked out. I will see the gynecologist February 24th so keep praying for me and let's hope there is nothing to be concerned about. I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Daily HiiT- Fry the Fat in 5 days- Day 2= 5 times thru X 5 min ea time= 25 Min
MV= 9.25
CB= 316

I opted to do this one instead of a short yoga from Catching Fire Day 25 challenge and sunday was a rest day for day 26 so that's where I'm at on the Catching Fire 30 Day challenge.

Kettlebell Kickboxing- The Scorcher series- Strength= 40 Min
MV= 9.50
CB= 519

Total calories burned= 835;):)

No workout for me today. I could not sleep last night and when my alarm clock went off I just reset it to a later time. Tomorrow is another day...

My schedule got screwed up yesterday had to work later then expected so I got home late so no workout for me. This morning I did KCM kickboxing 1 and CK25 Wk1 D1. Ear is feeling a lot better.

Miles = 2.37

I did better today than I did last week for the same workout and length. I ran last week 2.20 miles in 28 minutes. Today, I ran 2.37 miles in 28 minutes, so that's good for me. I still love that amazing exhilarating feeling you get when you do a Cardio Coach workout, magical stuff gotta love it thanks coach sean R.I.P.

Thanks for the prayers, healing thoughts and well wishes. I'm doing my best to keep positive and pray for things to be ok. I appreciate your thinking good thoughts and prayers for me. My doctors appointment is Monday, February 24 so I got a while yet.;):)

Today I did a total body workout on my own. Had a great workout. I will have to add to weight soon, this is getting way too easy. I'm just afraid to go too heavy. I've been feeling really good lately and don't want to mess that up.

3 sets of everything. Reps ranged from 10 to 12 depending on how I felt.

Leg Press Statioin - 130#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 55#
Barbell Curls - 27#

Squats - 20's
Incline Bench Press - 55#
Hammer Curls - 15's

Elevated Deadlifts - 55#
Incline Flyes - 15's
Upright Rows - 27#

Lying Barbell Tricep Extensions - 27#
Lateral Raise - 8's
Bent Over Rows - 10's

Good Morning,

Got a text from boss lady that just threw my whole day off schedule. It's suppose to be my day off but boss man was in the hospital yesterday so I said I would come in and it's Dh's day off so I knew I couldn't workout without waking him up so I was going to do it when I got home at 4 well now I have to close the next three days which means I won't get off until 5 and home by 6 because they are sending boss man to another hospital.

Debbie-nice some wts and yes it is a pain especially when it happens at the last minute.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1. Not a great workout as I really didn't feel like getting on my treadmill. In fact, it took all I had to get me on my treadmill. Just didn't feel like working out. But I did it and I'm glad I did.

Workout was 36 minutes, burned about 330 calories and traveled 2.179 miles.

Hope you all have a great workout today! Wish it would start getting warm. I'm so tired of winter.

Debbie- Hi! Congrats on getting a workout in when you didn't feel like doing it. WTG with Cardio Coach Volume 1, yay you got it done be really proud of yourself because you did it! In case you didn't hear about my doctors appointment my pap and HPV test both were negative. So, no worries on the pap, and my body cleared and healed from the HPV virus. Now, the only thing is six month ago the doctor found a small cyst and now six months later its still there. So, on February 24th I have to go see a Gynecologist to checkout the cyst see what she things or remove it whatever she determines is best. As you can imagine I'm a bit nervous about all this and Iam praying about it for everything to come out all right and me be healthy and clear of any thing bad. I'd appreciate any prayers and well wishes you may have as well. Congrats on getting your workout in, its a victory to make yourself get through those workout days so you go girlfriend!;):D:cool:

Hi Girls!!

I'm still here!!

I forget to come and post, but I am hanging in there. Changed up my work schedule to Sundays and Wed's nights. So it's very different for me and my body to adapt to. I've been working Sat/Sun for the last 12 years!!!!

You girls have been doing great with workouts, as usual!!. Roxie, sorry about your boss , I hate when people mess with my workout times! .. Debbie, nice to see you doing your full body workouts, ... Belinda, you are doing GREAT with P9oX3!. My 18 yr old son was doing P90X, but I think the length of the workouts is too much for him. Do you think the 30 minutes is more do-able?..... Nora, as always, kicking buttocks!!!! I did that Power Kata this past weekend, ALWAYS love it!! I wish they'd come out with more Combat workouts.

Let's see, I'm still with the STS Undulating Rotation. Yesterday was Plyo Legs, today I did cardio, KCM's Plateau Buster Cardio only (1/2 of it) and then MMA Boxing Heavy Bag Bonus, + the Core Conditioning Drills and the stretch!

Chris- It was so nice to hear from you yesterday. You are missed girlfriend. I know things have been crazy busy for you so please be good to yourself and rest when you can. Yay, you did and had fun with Les Mills Combat Power Kata, love that one too. They are all good I still love that program and did ask for BB to consider having more LMC workouts for us combat lovers out there. I see on Rachel Newsham's Face book page she just finished filming some new dvds and Dan is in some of them too. I have seen no mention of anything coming out or soon to be released for LMC so either its only a Les Mills release to instructors or BB hasn't yet spilled anything as yet or hinted at it. Not sure no one seems to answer me. Oh well. Yikes your workout schedule changed, that's always tough to make that adjustment after so long being the way your used to. Yes, I agree with your son the P90X workouts do tend to be a bit too long. I bet he would enjoy P90X3 they are supposed to be 30 min and offers a variety 16 workouts so there is less boredom and more fun being short intense workouts it does look good. Belinda really seems to be enjoying it. Great job with your workouts with STS Undulating Rotation.
