My doctors office called and made a referral for me to see a gynecologist regarding the small cyst to get it checked out. I will see the gynecologist February 24th so keep praying for me and let's hope there is nothing to be concerned about. I just finished today's workout and will now check in.
Here's today's workout:
Daily HiiT- Fry the Fat in 5 days- Day 2= 5 times thru X 5 min ea time= 25 Min
MV= 9.25
CB= 316
I opted to do this one instead of a short yoga from Catching Fire Day 25 challenge and sunday was a rest day for day 26 so that's where I'm at on the Catching Fire 30 Day challenge.
Kettlebell Kickboxing- The Scorcher series- Strength= 40 Min
MV= 9.50
CB= 519
Total calories burned= 835

Debbie- Congrats on your great Cardio Coach #3 Run today!! Yay! you were faster and got more distance in than before. Awesome stuff today girlfriend, WTG and rock your workout!
